馬賽克酒店(The Mosaic Hotel Beverly Hills)

A localização do hotel é boa, as instalações são adequadas mas o atendimento (on-line) é péssimo, diria que inexistente. Eu fiquei 1 mês antes da viagem tentando entrar em contato para alterar uma situação da reserva e ninguém me respondeu. Passaram 300 dólares de garantia, e até hoje não estornaram, tive de reportar. Este hotel foi o primeiro de 4 que fiquei em minha viagem aos EUA, nenhum problema com os outros três, porém este, 0 atendimento. Obviamente mandei e-mail para o hotel e NADA (1 mês aguardando, e sigo sem resposta). Então por essa situação eu não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel, pois não confio nos serviços e nesse tipo de tratamento absolutamente negligente com seus clientes. Espero em breve ter o estorno…

Íbamos en grupo. 3 cuartos. El mío olía muuuuuuy feo, como a podrido. Y los otros dos cuartos que nos dieron estaban en la azotea, al llegar en la noche a uno de los cuartos de la azotea estaba infestado de bichos, todo en la cama, piso, baño, había cientos de ellos. Al bajar a recepción les dijeron que ya no había otro cuarto más que de una cama (el otro cuarto era para 4 personas) que no podían hacer nada, muy groseros los de recepción, y que al comprar con expedía, teníamos que arreglarlo con ellos. No tenían ni gente para ayudarnos a sacar las maletas en un cuarto lleno de bichos. Afuera del otro cuarto que sugerían (de una cama) había una cucaracha y había que subir unas escaleras muy empinadas y también en la azotea. Expedía nos respondió muy bien y nos mandó a otro hotel. El hotel que dice ser de lujo, NO LO ES!!! Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo. Nunca había tenido una experiencia así.

Very disappointed. Pool area is nice and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet, however, this used to be a charming beautiful little hotel back in the days that has sadly lost the charm. Hotel room smelled of bad carpet odor and overall felt very outdated. Some furniture was rusted, scratched, and worn out. We will not stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! My daughter was performing at the Wallis and we needed a nearby hotel. This place was only five minutes away. It is really close to all of the shopping and great restaurants, many within walking distance.The room was well decorated, very clean and extremely spacious. There was a mini-fridge which was useful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We hope to be back next spring for her next performance at the Wallis.

Tried to check in at 3:40pm; was told that the room would be ready in 30 mins. Returned at 4:10pm; was told to wait for another 20-30 mins. As a Gold member at a “VIP property,” we were offered no perks whatsoever and in fact got a small and dark room right by the elevator. Reviews of this hotel on other sites are more accurate than those on Hotels here.

We prepaid. Got to the hotel at 2pm and they told us the room wasn’t ready and to come back after 3. We had tickets to a basketball ball game so didn’t get back to the hotel until 10:30pm..when we arrived they told us they were overbooked and we didn’t have a room. They were not really apologetic made us wait while they scrambled and worked with another hotel to take us. Worst experience ever. We travel a lot and this Never happened to us before. Terrible customer service and experience.

We came in at noon and we’re told that our room will be ready by 3 pm , came back at 3:30 and they told us that there is no more rooms available, over sold. , offered us a much lower quality hotel next door, manager Alex that made that decision was avoiding me at all cost, never returned any massages or picked up his phone.very an professional. After two hours we had to find another place by ourselves..

Since I was traveling with my friend, we booked a deluxe room with 2 double beds but they changed it to a room with one king size bed without our consent. I told them there is a reason why we booked 2 double beds instead of one king size bed but they said there is no more 2 double beds available and the room was upgraded. But the view was awful(back staircase) and one of us had to sleep in a rollaway bed. Last but not least, *******’s VIP benefits were never offered. 2-3 star quality. Sad…. It was our last night of our trip.
