倫敦博克斯雷普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn London Bexleyheath)

The hotel was ideally situated for the our particular needs to attend a family party being held in Welling. The staff we did interact with were very polite, pleasant and helpful. We found the hotel to be very quiet even with a main road outside the front door. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we have found that Premier Inn hotels around the country are very good in general as we have stayed at a few now without any issues. We will use Premier Inn again in the future.

Kieran in reception was brilliant and checkin was easy. However, Dinner in Brewers Fayre next door not a plesant experiance. One person serving behind the bar at peak time (6.30pm)and queuing for 15 mins to get served. Food was poor quality and wouldn’t recommend the garden salad. Breakfast not out/ ready at 6.30 meaning I had to skip cooked as needed to be away before 7am. 3rd time I have stayed here however, believe that may look to alternatives in the future.

My family stayed at the hotel for a weekend at the end of September. The member of staff on reception at times who was called Kieran was so helpful and friendly. He was really chatty and engaging and we felt that nothing was too much for him. However on the other hand another member of staff who was a female we found to be quite rude and dismissive of us when we raised an issue as to why one of our party wasn't permitted entry to the hotel as our booking could not be found. This meant that another member of our party had to get ready and go downstairs to let our other family member upstairs. When we mentioned this to the lady at reception she just shrugged and said she didn't know why that happened. We asked why we were only given 1 key card for the hotel and weren't given an explanation just told "you can have another one now" which wasn't much use as we were leaving the following morning. The toilet was really bad in the room as the pressure didn't appear to be working so once we used the toilet it would hardly flush meaning we had to wait another 15 mins to flush it again which wasn't pleasant.

Great Premier Inn, clean and great staff, great location with lots of shops locally too, kids loved their gift in the room on arrival. Thank you for making their stay that bit extra special, would return here for the next family event in Bexleyheath

Well what can I say not up to premier inn standard. Booking in quick and easy staff welcoming. Room smelt of smokers previous but then the whole corridor did. To be fair they offered to change the room but only stayed for 1 night. Hairdryer turns it self on and off wires loose. Shower does not drain away and the rain shower does not work. No Aircon and you can't open the window. Food next door ok for a chain and again staff good. Would I stay here again not a chance

Where to start with Premier Inn; once a great value brand with above average facilities; now a shadow of it’s former self with constant cost cutting across the board and staff doing the bare minimum. Example; a large sign telling us ‘Please ask if you want your room cleaned’ and ‘please help yourself to tea and coffee sachet top-ups’. Whatever happened to service; once for £29 per night they cleaned your room daily and topped up tea and coffee; now we pay over £100 and have to ask for a room clean or change of linen as if they are doing you a great favour. Half the service for 3 times the price seems more loaded in Whitbread’s favour than the paying customer. My biggest beef with my stay was the air conditioning; I showered on arrival only to find the bathroom turned into a steam room; on exiting, the room was a very humid and uncomfortable temperature due to the a/c not being switched on. I had to dress while still damp and go down 4 floors to reception to be told that ‘we turn the a/c on and off from down here’; it was then turned on but was very week in the room. We went out for dinner around 8.00 and came back around 10.30 to find that the a/c had switched off and we needed to manually re-set it; note here the lowest temperature is 19 degrees. The a/c then switched itself off several times through the night and needed re-starting each time; not much use in a room where the window does not open. It is worth mentioning that these faults are not specific to Bexleyheath; we stayed in P.I. around once or twice a month through lockdown for business travel, and these issues apply from Bexleyheath to Eltham and all the way to Exeter. After every stay I was sent a feedback form which I always completed; fast-forward 3 years and nothing has changed, and clearly nobody’s feedback has been listened to. Sadly for us we will not be returning to any Premier Inn in the future and would advise anyone who is considering to look at alternatives.

I've always stayed here through work. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Your hotel room is nice and quiet, you do get a good nights sleep, but lately the rooms are starting to go downhill from stains and the carpet / bedding, light switch coming away from the wall, aircon vent knackered.

Peggy and Josephine are Rock Stars! They were running around doing everything amd were very friendly and made the stay Enjoyable. AC didn't work in our room and one of the lifts was down. The maintenance people need to back support the staff of the hotel so that they can do their job. If it wasn't for staff like Peggy and Josephine the place would fall apart!

Awful service, Not much, only 1 person at checkin, keys didn’t work multiple times, no AC either even after we’ve told staff multiple times. Unable to move rooms at all due to how fully booked they were, no accommodation and appreciation we are paying customers.
