託帕內套房酒店(Tophane Suites)

Chambre correct sur rue très bruillante! Clim bruillante donc à éteindre pour dormir ! Vmc bruillante! Donc douche sans détente… dommage, les avis moyens correspondent plus au standing !!! Thé noir en chambre uniquement !! Pas à la menthe, ni verveine, tilleul ou camomille… et lumière qui s’allume et s’éteint tte seule !! A voir demain mais rue très très brouillante, et insonorisation très faible ! Aller dans les rues vers le bas pour manger.. un riz poulet que les enfants ont adorés! Puis dans une rue en contre bas près du starB un café avec sandwich et desserts a très bon tarif.. à suivre

Herseyiyle beklentilerimizin cok üstünde bir konaklama deneyimi yasadik. Otele giris yaptigimiz ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü yaklasim ciktitimiz ana kadar bir gram azalmadan devam etti. Odalar yeteri konforda. Kahvaltisi oldukca ta**in edici. İlgi be alaka her anlamda sizi guvende ve keyifli hissettire ek duzeyde. Otelin konumu harika. 100 metreye Galata Porttasiniz. 500 metreye istiklal caddesinde. Tam arada oldukca iyi mekanlara yakin bir konumda. Keeinlikle bir sonraki istanbul seyahatimozde tereddutsuz kalmak isteyecegimiz bir yer oldu burasi. Kahvaltidaki personel ve resepsiyon personelinin ilgisi her anlamda ust seviyedeydi. Tesekkur ederiz

Otelin konumu güzeldi, her yere yakın toplu ulaşıma 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odaların temizliği yeterli. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelsek yine kalırız.

We had a great stay at Tophane Suites. Owner and staff are very helpful, courteous and amazing. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Location is very convenient and is about 100m to tram. Galata Tower is within walking distance. Enjoyed our trip to Istanbul.

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο, καθαρό, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, άνετο με πρωινό που θα σας καταπλήξει! Απέναντι έχει δύο μίνι μάρκετ για πράγματα που ίσως χρειαστείτε. Είναι κοντά στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος αφού είναι όλα προσβάσιμα με το τραμ. Ο πύργος του Γαλατά και η οδός του Πέραν είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια . Όσο για τους ανθρώπους που έχουν το ξενοδοχείο τι να πω... Πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε κι αν τους ζητήσαμε και πάντα με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη. Ένα είναι το σίγουρο... ότι θα ξαναέρθουμε στο Tophane Suites χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Tophane Suites σ' ευχαριστούμε για όλα

I have a very disappointing experience in this hotel. 1. We booked for 6 nights and stayed for only 1 night and I was charged 1700 Euro. I talked to the staff the same night upon arrival and notified them that we are not happy with the property and we will be leaving in the morning even though I knew that my booking was not refundable however I felt that I got less than I booked for!? They promised if they get someone to occupy it they will refund my money? Certainly they wont!!? 2.The property is located in the middle of up hill street. Very hard to walk up the street to Istklal St. and very difficult to walk down to Galata port and then up even for a fit person. 3. The carpet in the living room @ bedroom has stains and not clean. 4. The bathroom knob was broken. 5. The main door can’t be looked from the inside. 6. Very noisy at night due to motorcycle & vehicles sounds die to poor insulation. 7. Curtains don’t close completely allowing lights even at night. 8. Only small entrance to the building no seating area and no lobby. 9. At night the main door is locked and you have to ring a bell for someone to open the door for you. 10. It’s private building not a hotel and I don’t recommend it for specially Middle Eastern families our families with elderly people. 11. We did not feel safe in the area. 12. Breakfast area in the roof is small, congested, and not welcoming. 13. Towels change every 3 days

The best hotel you can go to good price, nice and big rooms with kitchen, best location, kind staff, all things is perfect They cleaned the room every day The hotel is very close to the best tourist places

The best place to stay in this area of the city. Conveniently located near the Tophane tram stop. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Facilities and services were excellent. Great value for money. Serdar at guest relations was wonderful and had fantastic recommendations. Cannot wait to go back!
