水晶度假村(Crystal Resort)

Paid 4k advance for a night stay. Needed to make some changes, and book one more room. But no responses to calls, whatsapp calls, emails. I've been trying to call them since Friday. At both the numbers given in the website. Sent whatsapp messages, but messages are showing one tick only, so not delivered. Has the resort shut down?

It's a great place to have a staycation with your family, this place has a glass villas which looks amazing, it has swiming pools, garden to play for kids. Rooms were comfortable and had amazing view it has jacuzzi as well. Hotel provides various services like club house, dinning area. Would definitely recommend it.

Crystal Resort is very spacious with green surroundings which relaxes you. Staff was very supportive.Room was clean with good amenities. Great place to visit with family and friends.They also have a big swimming pool which is well maintained. There is a club and play area as well. Overall had a safe and peaceful stay. Would surely recommend everyone to visit this place!

After looking at some videos and photos clicked by professional photographer, we decided to give this place a try. I called the Number and spoke to a young guy and told him our requirements. We were told the hotel serves Veg Food only but after asking about Non-Veg the gentlemen told us that you have to pay 200 Per Person Extra if you need Non-Veg Food. We Agreed to that! Taking his word on that was a foolish mistake because after reaching the property we were told that we cant serve you Non-Veg. Then i called the same number again a gentlemen answered who was polite and kind and told us that we should have been informed a day prior. Question was how are we gonna predict what's going to happen in the future. I took the words of the guy i booked the room with and he said it can be done. For me it should be seamless or at least they could have done the follow up but no and we were told order it from the Dhaba near buy. The Receptionist Sharavan i told him to send me the number of the Dhaba but never got it and have to call jayesh the house keeper thrice to get the number. jayesh was helpful. The entire property is so poorly maintained i was shocked to see. Table tennis bats broken the ball given was not even table tennis ball. the Pool table was torn the sticks were broken and tips were chipped. balls were worn out completely. in the Pics the Glass Villa looks so awesome and when we went there it was like Horror Villa. Wallpapers all damaged. Room Ac didn't work at all for one room. Unclean Toilet Commodes. Beds were damaged from one side. Terrace was there which wasn't cleaned for Centuries i guess. told them to clean they said will come and never came. Swimming pool was good but the sides of it was completely damaged you can get badly hurt because the drainer around it just close to the swimming pool were all damaged ,. The catering ***ager good lord haven't seen him smiling at all. He was like fed to feed customers or Just wanted to get the Job done. We were unhappy throughout because what we expected and what we got was poles apart. They need to work on beautification, Maintenance, Repairing, Cleaning. Don't Pay Advance at all.
