Great hotel for the price. Everything we needed and in a great location that was close to many restaurants. The breakfast wasn’t that bad either. The only thing I didn’t care much for was the bed and pillows. The bed was pretty firm and the pillows were extremely soft. Other than that it was a great experience and would most definitely stay there again.

El Staff muy amable, lo único que esta pésimo es que tienes que pagar el estacionamiento y es caro $10dlls por noche, cuando la mayoría de los hoteles en San Antonio dan el estacionamiento gratuito, la cama muy aguada, las sabanas rasposas, la verdad por el precio final ya con el pago del estacionamiento hay mejores opciones, difícilmente me vuelvo a hospedar ahi

1.El hotel está bien ubicado y tiene instalaciones de primera. 2. El personal es insuficiente , incompetente y con mala actitud para con los huéspedes. 3. Pésimo servicio de limpieza y atención a las habitaciones . 4. El gerente NUNCA está en las instalaciones para conversar y exponerle la insatisfacción del huésped, y mucho menos corregir las cosas. 5. En resumen, tiene tantas áreas que mejorar que no volvere a hospedarme ahí.

El hotel esta muy bonito, ibamos en familia el colchon de la cama king size esta incomodo, pero el que estaba realmente terrible era el del sofa cama. Se le salian los resortes, trataron de cambiarnos de cuarto y estaba igual el colchon del sofa cama del otro cuarto. Lo solucionamos poniendo muchas colchas encima. Pero no teniamos necesidad de hacer eso. Ellos no lo pudieron solucionar. LO SOLUCIONAMOS NOSOTROS El hotel ya estaba pagado por eso ya no nos pudimos mover. Si cambiaran los colchones estaria fabuloso. Ya que la ubicación y el hotel en si estan muy buenos.

Muy bien todo, solo me fue imposible imprimir un documento en la zona ejecutiva y tuve que cruzar al hotel de al lado. Pero todo bien en Residence de Marriott

Staff was very nice, however the room was not very clean. Dishes and utensils were put away dirty, the couch cushion smelled like urine and had a stain and I had to call to have it replaced. There was a needle on the floor in the carpet, hair in shower and bathroom, slow drain in shower. The beds are not very comfortable and the AC sounded like it had water hitting the fan.

La persona en la recepción de nombre John fue muy grosera, en el cuarto no había ropa de cama para el sofá cama y no pudieron llevarla al cuarto cuando y peor aun cuando fuimos por ella dijo que no sabía si tenía, muy grosero. El desayuno había muy pocas opciones y lo mismo los dos dias, no había cereal para niños. De estacionamiento cobran $10 dlls diario. Reserve este hotel por que tiene buena puntuación, la ubicación es buena pero no lo volvería a reservar.

Nuestra habitación tenía mucho pelo de perro, si es hotel pet friendly deberían mejorar con la limpieza. El desayuno terrible y se acabó el café, no volvería

Nos encanta venir a este hotel, muy limpio, buen trato, cumplidos en lo que entregan, adicional su área de jardín se antoja estar tomando un café.

Un hotel excelente, cerca de muchas tiendas, la habitación completamente equipada, pude cocinar muchas cosas para mi familia. Buenas instalaciones alberca, fogata,etc. A un paso de Six Flags definitivamente regresaria y buscaré quedarme en esos mismos hoteles en otros destinos

Very nice place... pleasant atmosphere.. very convenient room with kitchen.. nice.. only odd this was everything was paid upfront when i booked but they would not let my wife check in without me.... very odd policy... nice people, odd policy!

Upon arriving there was a beeping sound in my room. The front desk handled it promptly & professionally. However, after driving for five hours it was disappointing to have to lug my luggage back to the lobby get another room and lug it back up. Then walk about two city blocks to a brew pub for dinner. The cafe located on site has hardly any options. Is in a lobby with fluorescent lights and would be a last choice option at best.

There was barely anyone at the front desk ever. The bar smelled like a septic tank had backed up and it smelled like that for 2 days. When someone finally came around we could only have wine or beer because there wasn't an actual bartender on site and he stated he couldn't pour drinks. He didn't have any clean glasses so he had to take a dirty glass off a table and go in the back and wash it. The front desk "market area" was extremely limited and at night no one was ever up front. It just wasn't my favorite Marriott stay.
