As a frequent traveler, I was excited to stay at this hotel given its brand new status. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed poorly trained, resulting in long delays for room service and a lack of basic amenities such as towel hooks. Upon check-in, I encountered issues with both the first and second rooms assigned to me. The first room had a malfunctioning AC, which the staff struggled to address, and the second room had a non-functional remote control and unwelcome insect guests. Additionally, the shower and bedroom partition glass were leaky, causing inconvenience during my stay. The restaurant service was equally disappointing, with long wait times and communication barriers hindering the experience. To make matters worse, housekeeping entered my room without permission while I was away, demonstrating a lack of professionalism. While the property itself has potential, it urgently requires better management and attention to detail. Until these improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The best Resort of Nepal which has lots of facilities , like village walk , jungle safari , crocodile and Rhino spotting …. We spotted the rhino very first in 2 hours of our stay and could take very close pictures. They take you for boating where we could spot the crocodile ( ghadiyal ) and best part we went to the Ghadiyal breeding center through a small nature trail . It’s adventurous safe exciting and novel experience . All the staff is very polite , helpful and courteous , they always goes out of the way to do things The food is Amazing … best one in Nepal … it has a great standards of a 5 star hotel I give 5 star ratings and recommend travellers to it Deepak India

Resort is located on bank of river and excellent view. Service & staff are very good & co operative. Village tour & jungle safari was very good. Naturalist Mr Babubhai was very kind and knowledgeable. F & B manager Mr Gayatri also very good....

The resort is best place to stay for Indian tourist, the view is amazing. The activities like boating and jungle safari help us to connect to nature. The service of staff is great especially Mr. Babu who was with us during the jungle safari and boating . Mr. Gayatri also did a great job with food and beverages... Quality of food was amazing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Mr. Kiran llama who was the manager was attending every guest personally. Overall the hospitality with view and food made the resort amazing.

The services were excellent(food and accommodation), the jeep tour was wonderful as well as the performance by naturalist Babu dai. Fnb Mr. Gyatri , opt Kiran lama were very friendly, comfortable . We definitely recommend and will visit again (great place for family vacations and trips!!)
