Sojourn by the Lake, Bhimtal

Very humble staff and the prime location of the boutique hotel the room facing the placid bhimtal was simply serene and calm . Food was the best part it was served as and the way we wanted . All available at beck and call .Anil to name one,served us so well reflecting humility and professionalism . The welcome experience could have been better .Rooms needed a deep cleaning . Location is 5star worthy but not the amenities Like the old newspaper spread on the cup boards was real old style, and vermin attracting! And the towels were very old and rough. But overall keep it up and we really relaxed well in your lovely lake front home.

The location of the stay was beautiful and the view from the rooms was to die for . The food was quite good.pepole were hospitable, hoping to get same experience the next time we visit as well. The view from the villas is amazing and the villas are clean and good. Special thanks sushil and Kavita

We had one of the best experiences of our life. The hotel is located at very pristine place, so going with family is so calming. Specially, I must say that the servicing staff was really worthy of praise. Team led by Anil, who is head of their service team is a fabulous guy, who is so polite and humble that even if you have some issues, he would go out of the way to resolve. I normally never give reviews to hotel, as some of other issue come up with their staff, but this time I had to give credits, due to the politeness or service staff. Kudos. Highly recommended from my side.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was extremely delicious. The location is also good and peaceful. We decided to stay in bhimtal instead of nainital for peaceful environment and we got exactly wat we needed at the Sojourn. Mr Sushil and his wife were both very co operative and outgoing towards the customer. Overall a great experience.

I stayed with my family at Sojourn By the Lake in Bhimtal. It was a great experience. The property is just astride Bhimtal Lake. Each room provides great view of the lake as well as the hills across the lake. The staff is extremely cordial and their response is too good. They treat their guests like their families. I would also like to make a special mention about the property manager Mr Sushil Kumar who made our stay memorable. And how do we not mention the homely taste of the meals there and the amazing karaoke evening. I would take this opportunity to convey my gratitude to the entire team of Sojourn By the Lake.

What a beautiful, well-kept apartment with amazing direct view of the lake from your rooms. Food was also delicious, just like home-cooked. Staff was so nice and always available to attend. Rooms were the best part - very modern and aesthetic. We loved our stay!
