Friendly staff. Dinner was prepared with chilli although we asked with zero chilli!

Une succession de problèmes m'a conduit à noter sévèrement cet hôtel... Une chambre à deux lits a été réservée et confirmée le jour même... C'est une chambre avec un seul lit qui nous a été proposée... Solution trouvée : ajouter un petit lit... Impossible la chambre était trop petite... Nous avons obtenu satisfaction le lendemain... Autre souci: gestion du Wifi difficile. Nous avons dû retourner à l'accueil plusieurs fois... Sinon chambre propre et calme...

Stayed here for 2 nights with family and honestly, it was a good experience. First thing I noticed - the location is super convenient. Right in the city, so you can easily get to MP Nagar, malls and restaurants. No time wasted in traffic. Rooms were clean and comfy. Bed was soft, AC worked well, WiFi was fast, and housekeeping came on time. Nothing fancy, but everything you actually need was there and it felt well-maintained. Staff were really friendly. From check-in to checkout, everyone was polite and quick to help. Asked for extra towels and they got it to the room in 5 mins.

It’s centrally located with easy access to MP Nagar, DB City Mall and the railway station, so getting around the city was hassle-free. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very welcoming and professional. The front desk team was helpful with local info and the housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern and very clean. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, fast WiFi, and all basic amenities were in place. It felt fresh and well-maintained. Food was another highlight. The restaurant serves a nice variety for breakfast and dinner. The buffet had both Indian and continental options, everything tasted fresh. Service in the dining area was quick and courteous. What really stood out was the hospitality. The team was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. For both business and leisure travelers, Regenta Place Bhopal offers great value. Clean rooms, good food, and excellent service. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bhopal.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall ambiance felt premium. WiFi worked smoothly and room service was prompt. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious. We tried both Indian and continental dishes and everything was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast buffet had good variety and the dining area is neat and well-managed. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Overall, Regenta Place Bhopal offers great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located in the centre of the city and very close to the famous DB Mall. The rooms are spacious and have all basic amenities. The food quality is good, and the staff's hospitality is also very nice. Overall, the best hotel to stay in Bhopal.
