塞特空間酒店(Hotel Space Setter)

Location is very close to kms - which was our preference. Room allotted was pretty small - they have larger rooms which could have been given. The room cleaning was not done during our stay inspite of telling them. It will be great if they provide early check-in as we reached 3 hrs before scheduled checkin and we were charged rs. 350 for it after bargaining as they wanted to charge rs. 500 + gst.

This is a very useless hotel and the people working there are also completely useless, they neither know how to talk nor anything else.

Bed was good room was clean there was a e-boke renting facility available in the hotel premises till 9:30pm for additional cost these were positives. But toilet seat was not clean towel provided was not clean my room had a balcony in which 4-5 ac outdoor units were there walls were having shoe marks water heater was very unhygienic no door bells n service person was trying to open the latch directly no drinking water provided by their own geyser was of very small capacity that it couldn't either heat much or flow much these are their scope of improvement

Crazy for money. Every-time they ask for service you need to get them. This is ridiculous. They should have the courtesy to understand and respect the guests😡. I’m sorry but this isn’t the right place for me to stay.

My guest enter in the room and found linen, table, chair, room floor, bathroom are so dirty that he can’t stay for a minute in the room. Staff behaviour(ladies) is so rude. She denied that no room was vacant. After approaching she agreed to show other room. Other room also same condition. After approaching the hotel owner they agreed to change the linen, chair and other amenities. In these my guest 3hour spent. Very terrible experience. My guest forced to leave in these condition

Arrived at the hote at 1. 30 in the night. Was pleased by the courtesy of the gentleman at the front office who had stayed awake for us. The infrastructure and amenities have been installed well, but very poorly maintained. The geyser in our room didn't work. There was a stench in the washroom. The room, bed, washroom weren't cleaned even for once during our 5 night stay. Food is good but the restaurant's room service asks for cash upfront everytime. If these are properly addressed, it is a good place to stay.

Room was fine only but there was some construction work happening in the floor where room was situated. Which lead to disturbance for me till 9 pm in night. I don't have pictures right now
