It was very good experience in welcome cafe at welcome ITC hotel restaurant where we were served very tasty and delicious food by ceaf Mr Arvind. Mr Rakesh (Manager) & Mr Raja are very polite & provide good service. Overall very good experienc.

Manager Rakesh is good and very Cooperative. Raja is polite and provides good services. Mohan is humble. Chef Arvind and Rama prepare tasty food. Ishida is good and helpful. Overall good experience and hospitality I shall recommend to friends

The service was excellent, the rooms were neat and clean, the staff were always at service with a happy face. The hotel's garden is very beautiful and well maintained. Raja, a waiter, in the Welcome Cafe was very helpful, polite and was always happy to serve us.

Welcome cafe as profact & must visit place .the hospitalty provide by Mr Mohan & debasishi on my daughter birthday dinner was truly recommend this cafe to be each &every one looking for profact lunch &dinner***********thank u itc team we will coming soon

Awesome food by Chef Arvind S! He made a delicious food for 2-3 days… hotel tooo was awesome.. its was nice to be here and will recommend others too.. pls do visit n connect with chef .. Mohan from the team too helped a lot with morning breakfast n lunch tooo

Delighted to share the hospitality and housekeeping service by Spandan and Rakesh. I am staying in the Hotel and these 2 boys just got the room cleaned quickly so nice to talk. I also had a chat with the HK lead Kounteyo and was thrilled on his leadership skills and guiding the Team nicely. The hotel gives a brilliant experience.

I had stayed in this hotel for 1 day and then moved to another hotel, but found that this hotel was not only expensive but food and other amenities were of low level. Hence I moved back to WH ITC, I stayed there for 11 days; not only the rooms were great but food was much as per the expectation, Chief Chef Arvind Rawat is a good person and understand the hospitality, ready to support with food of your choice if not available in Buffet. Gym is equipped with good machines, swimming pool is also good. Will visit again shortly.

Welcome Bhubaneswar is a great hotel to stay and I feel one of the best hotel at this place in current days . All staff are very supportive and room is very clean and ambiance also superb.. special mention Chef Arvind really very helpful and take care ur food during ur visit.. Raaz and Vineet also very supportive..

At the fast time we stay in itc welcome hotel bhubaneswar it's amazing place nice room ambience and good food safety stay restaurant staff is very good helpful we really have to stay in welcome hotel specially thanks to debasish biswa mohan and siba thabks guy' s we meet next holiday tq guys tq itc welcome team
