After a very bad experience with a higher-rated “four-star” hotel elsewhere in town, our escape to Hotel de Silhouette was literally a breath of fresh air. This hotel was well decorated and maintained, clean, spacious and luxurious (all things that are seemingly a rarity in the Biarritz city center). There was onsite valet parking, fast wireless internet, and a decent sized dining area. For a small fee, we were allowed to upgrade to a larger room (despite only having booked the morning of our stay on a travel website). I think the thing that stands out most about this hotel (besides the comfort and quality of the accommodations) is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Their warmth, attentiveness and generosity was absolutely appreciated and consistent with the experience of a true four/five-star hotel.

Charming hotel in the heart of the city! Excellent location and close to everything. 15 min by taxi from the train station, 1/2h walk to the bus station, 5 min walk to the beach . Very friendly staff (especially Kati), great room service, clean room, comfortable beds and nice bedding and fluffy towels. The only negative is that our window was right outside of the garden patio and ppl would stay and talk loud (late in the eve) and smoke would fill the room, I would pref to have my windows open when it’s nice and breezy outside. Overall beautiful property that we highly recommend.

After making a booking, we contacted the hotel several times with questions about room amenities and nearby restaurants and attractions. We always received a prompt, friendly response. Located only 20 minutes from the airport, this discreet hotel is right in the heart of town near loads of shops, bars restaurants and the local market and a short stroll to the beach and great view points. A warm welcome and a speedy checkin. A modern, clean, and quirky hotel with top-notch gadgets from a dyson hairdryer, smeg kettle, marshall speakers, and Ortigia toiletries. Beautiful gardens and friendly helpful staff who always welcomed you home. A faultless stay and a definite first choice for a return trip.

Délicieux du début à la fin, tout était très bien cuisiné. Une mention spéciale pour les desserts de chez Noisette. Endroit très cosy tout à côté des halles de Biarritz, service parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très déçu. Cher pour la qualité proposée. 23euros le magret de canard alors qu il s agit d un demi magret. Épaule d agneau confite qui est juste sèche avec un jus de betterave trop salé. Pas de dessert pour nous l’addition était bien trop élevée. Dommage car le cadre est sympa avec un petit orchestre qui joue du jazz. Ils ont voulu en faire un endroit sélect bobo où se retrouve toute la jet set de Biarritz. Dommage ……autour du restaurant il y a d autres petits resto bien meilleurs et moins cher. Nous n y reviendrons pas.

Situé dans le quartier des halles (ouvertes le matin) ce petit hôtel est près de l'océan et de la ville.Une navette gratuite de bus s'arrête juste devant l'établissement. L'accueil est correct.Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.La literie est excellente. La salle de bain est de bonne taille et très bien équipée. Notre chambre avait une vue sur l'océan , surplombait le jardin et était très calme. Le petit déjeuner est à éviter car le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon .(un verre de jus de fruit,quelques viennoiseries ,des yaourts ,du pain et parfois des fruits!!!) En résumé hôtel calme ,bien situé, propre mais peut mieux faire.
