Un commerçant nous l’a recommandé et pas decu , un petit coup de fil pour nous renseigner sur la chambre et nous voici dans cette ambiance feutrée, fleuri un peu rococo j’adore! La chambre twins dispose du plateau d’accueil avec bouilloire très appréciable avec ce temps en février ! La salle de bain est moyenne ..le lavabo est plutôt un lave mains , le miroir est collé très loin sur une fenêtre , la cabine de douche aurait besoin d’un bon coup de joint propre ,lits confortable , c’est très bien pour 1 nuit. En plus l’hôtel était très calme .L’accueil est chaleureux , merci à la dame qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée et au monsieur du lendemain très charmant et très arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est à 13 e c’est un buffet à volonté avec un beau choix de produits fait maison rien à dire ! L’hôtel est très bien situé tout se fait à pied , je recommande

Très bon accueil de Maeva, très bien placé, très bon petit déjeuner mais notre chambre était un peu exigüe à mon goût. D'autres catégories doivent l'être moins. Nous y retournerons sans nul doute à l'occasion.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Als wir am Abend ankamen war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Man konnte am Hotel läuten und nach zirka 20 Minuten kam eine Dame, die uns das Zimmer zeigte, aber eigentlich in einem anderen Hotel arbeitet. Wir bekamen allerdings ein anders Zimmer als das Gebuchte. Das Licht im Zimmer funktionierte nur teilweise und konnte beim Betreten des Zimmers nicht angeschaltet werden. Man musste an der gegenüberliegenden Wand erst einen anderen Lichtschalter suchen und betätigen aber aufpassen um in der Dunkelheit nicht über das Mobiliar zu fallen. Ansonsten nettes kleines Frühstück und netter freundlicher Service beim Frühstück und bei der Abreise.

We prepaid for half our reservation months in advance, which was for a guaranteed double bed room, over Bastille day this summer. First, we had to wait hours beyond the hotel’s check-in time to check in. Then, when we finally got our room, it was a single bed for two people. The manager then refused to change our room, even though we had RESERVED AND PRE-PAID, and said there was nothing to be done. We ultimately switched hotels, then when we tried to get a refund on our prepayment because they did not provide what we had reserved and PAID FOR, they refused to give us our money back and lied about what happened. They were completely dishonest and unreasonable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

el Hotel esta bien aunque el precio de 184 € es bastante alto, teniendo en cuenta que los baños están anticuados y que la bañera, en plástico resbaladizo, es un peligro que deberían haber cambiado. Debería haber una recepción, como en todos los hoteles de este precio, la menos hasta las 20 h. aunque no tuvimos ningún problema al entrar.

Posizione ottimale, vicino a: parcheggi, fermata bus, centro città e spiagge. Location di charme, avrebbe però bisogno di piccole ristrutturazioni, risultando comunque accogliente. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa, sebbene non dotata di cassaforte e frigobar. Colazione da 13€ a testa, abbondante e varia. Da segnalare che il servizio reception è disponibile solo fino alle 14. La responsabile, seppur gentile, non è stata in grado di fornirci nel dettaglio le informazioni turistiche richieste. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per Biarritz.

Hotel bien situé dans l’hyper centre de Biarritz, les jchambres sont jolies mais les finitions sont moyennes (des trous dans les murs non comblés). La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié et l’accueil par Sylvie qui est véritablement la perle de cet établissement, est excellent. J’avoue que ce que je retiens le plus de notre séjour c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse de Sylvie qui est très investie dans cet établissement, toutefois je suis un peu surprise de ne pas avoir croisé au cours de ces 3 jours une seule fois le/la propriétaire.

J ai séjourné une seule petite nuit dans cet hôtel et cela n’a pas empêché la personne à l accueil d être extrêmement attentive à toutes nos demandes ! Elle a à l écoute et nous a permis de nous sentir comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner constitué des confitures maison et ce jour là, d un gâteau aux amandes et aux pommes est à tomber ! Nous y retournerons, cela fait tellement plaisir de se sentir autre chose qu un client de passage. Merci !

Sylvie is welcoming and friendly. She made our stay very special. The bed was very comfortable and nice size bedroom and bathroom. Pretty decor and attention to detail throughout. I loved the fact you could borrow mats and umbrellas for the beach. Great location (near beach and bus routes) and nice breakfast too. Highly recommend.

AMA is a fantastic spot to stay at if you are wanting to access all that Biarritz has to offer - the hotel is only a short walk from the main promenade/Le Grand Plage and other sights on the interior of the town, such as Les Halles and the Jardin Public. Room prices are very good value when compared to other accommodation in this location and the service we experienced was first-class, with our host providing excellent advice on where to visit and eat/drink in the short time we were there (and even taking the time to talk 90s Britpop with us!) All in all, highly recommended!

Myself and friends stayed at this very comfortable and well run small boutique hotel, Many thanks indeed to Sylvie the Manager who made us all very welcome. Biarritz , Bayonne and surrounding area Is a beautiful place to visit, we will return.

Hôtel familial tres calme, à deux pas des halles et des commerces. Chambre très confortable avec une bonne literie. personnel très agréable et accueillant. Parking proposé à proximité qui est un vrai plus avec de bons conseils pour les sorties.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel au lendemain de noël. Venus un peu par hasard dans cet hôtel, nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix : bon emplacement, facilités de stationnement à proximité (payant), décoration cosy et confortable, excellent petit déjeuner, accueil attentionné, professionnel et souriant de Maëva.
