亞香緹公寓酒店(Ashanti Aparthotel Wellness&Spa)

Personal freundlich, Hotel sauber. Wir hatten nur das Appartement ohne Verpflegung, daher kann ich zum Frühstück nichts sagen. Mittags war ich mit den Kindern immer am Pool essen. Das war ok. Parken in den blauen Zonen mit einer Karte vom Hotel ist kein Problem. Entfernung zum Hotel 200-300 Meter. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Struttura pulita,ottima posizione fronte mare. Bella la piscina. Appartamenti molto confortevoli,silenziosi, con cucina comoda e ampio terrazzo. Possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente le biciclette a disposizione e il garage a pagamento.Personale disponibile e cordiale.

Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen, dass man beim Check in eine Kaution von 100€ sowie die Kurtaxe in bar bezahlen muss und seit diesem Jahr der Tiefgaragenstellplatz 10€ pro Tag kostet. Strandliegen sind inklusive und zugeteilt! Wir sind mit unserer 3 jährigen Tochter angereist. Sind vom Hotel und der Anlage sehr begeistert. Der Pool ist beheizt Preise an der Poolbar echt angemessen! Die Zimmer sowie die Anlage sind gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Poolblick, befindet sich im ersten Stock. Von hier aus sieht man auch das Meer, daher vollkommen ausreichend und unnötig das Meerblickzimmer zu buchen. Balkon ist sehr groß Waren schön öfter in Bibione, bisher das beste Hotel!!! Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The hotel is very well located, directly at the beach. The staff is friendly, they try to solve any problem as quick as possible. (For example we the staff realized that our car - a Mercedes Viano - cannot park to its registered parkplace, we got another one immediately. The aparment is large and clear, it has a huge - approx. 30 sqm - balcony, we were there with six children and our berth was absolutely comfortable. The hotel has a nice and large pool, my kids really enjoyed it. It was a really pleasant stay, even we were unlucky with the weather.

First of all I would like to say that Bibione was not a good choice since the beach was crowded, the sand was full of cigarette butts and the sea is not that clean… Pros: - the beach is very close - each room has 2 sunbeds and an umbrella deditaced on the beach - heated pool with a slide for small kids - huge balcony (with view to a parking lot) - comfy beds and blackout curtain - everybody wears a mask - there a great restaurant in front of the hotel on the beach Cons: - not enough sunbeds by the pool (people standing in the line for the pool in the morning) - the hotel does not provide beach or pool towels - leaking shower and not properly clean - lack of hot water in the shower and in the kitchen - limited space for cooking (but 2 sinks?) - poor housekeeping (didnt clean the bathroom, didnt clean the floor), they change towels only once per week… - there are signs what is not allowed and what is forbidden everywhere which is annoying - no mosquito net in the window - the light in the garage with motion sensor somewhere in the middle?! we ended up in a complete dark with a small kid and our luggage But the biggest issue is, that you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Our neighbors woke us up every single morning simply by flushing the toilet, taking the shower and opening up the blinds…

Mi sono sempre trovato bene in questo aparthotel (è la quarta volta che ci torno in cinque anni). Purtroppo però quest' anno ho notato diversi peggioramenti. Partiamo dalla hall appena arrivati: solitamente erano minimo in 2 e di una gentilezza che ti faceva sentire in un ambiente familiare. Quest' anno il primo inpatto è stato molto freddo. Poi mi sono reso conto che era prevista la presenza di una sola persona anche nelle giornate di arrivi/partenze con file di attesa lunghissime e se avevi bisogno di altri servizi come la bicicletta... auguri. Passiamo poi alla piscina. Quest' anno era impossibile fare anche la minima nuotatina a qualsiasi orario. Troppe persone, troppi lettini, uno attaccato all' altro. Mai vista una cosa del genere negli anni scorsi. Passiamo al chiosco. Era mia abitudine a mezzogiorno fermarmi a pranzare nel chiosco della piscina dove c'erano due ragazze preparatissime e gentilissime. Quest' anno purtroppo al mio primo pranzo con famiglia ha dovuto ricredermi. Non c'era nessuno che pranzava ma i tavoli erano tutti sporchi. Ho ordinato il pranzo ma appena prima che arrivasse ho dovuto andare a chiedere se per favore venivano a pulire il tavolo.... Nessuno del personale degli anni scorsi era presente nei punti cardine. Nessuno dei clienti fissi che eravamo soliti trovare ho incontrato quest' anno. Cosa cavolo è successo??????? Mi spiace davvero molto ma difficilmente tornerò in questo posto. A questo livello il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è assolutamente conveniente. Ripeto... mi spiace davvero perchè mi ero molto affezionato a questo hotel e soprattutto al personale che gestiva le varie attività. Le camere con vista mare rimangono belle, ma troppo poco rispetto a tutto il resto.

Bella location ma servizi scadenti. Abbiamo soggiornato ad inizio luglio 2022, dei servizi offerti una buona parte inesistente... mini club assente, ristorante assente, in piscina neanche il bagnino ed il pavimento, appena bagnato, diventava estremamente scivoloso e pericoloso per bambini e grandi. Alla reception personale poco cortese. Non ci torneremo mai più

Wir waren vom 28.05-03.06 im Ashanti Aparthotel. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und einer Schlafcouch. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 1 und 2. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Balkon war riesig. Unser Balkon ging Richtung Innenstadt also ohne Meerblick. War für uns aber okay da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.
