大蘇爾小屋(Big Sur Lodge)

The cabin we stayed in weren't in great condition. The bathroom had clear signs of water damage. The toilet mechanism was broken. The bathroom floor was bubbled up. The shower was short and the water pressure was awful. There were cob webs. The bed itself was pretty worn in. The roads to the cabin were also pretty rough. The lodge didn't offer much for food but the surrounding property was nice.

Muy mala experiencia. Hicimos toda la ruta por California, nos quedamos en 6 hoteles y este fue lejos el más caro y más malo. No tenían wifi y el restaurant cerraba a las 19:30. Es un sector donde no hay mucho, por lo que es indispensable un restaurant que atienda hasta más tarde y el wifi. No vale los 400 dólares que cuesta. Mejor alojar en otro lugar.

Enkel standard och ganska slitet. Maten ger inga extra betyg. Omgivningarna och vandring är däremot mycket bra.

The cottages are quiet but there's significant number of bugs and spiders inside. NO WI-FI available and not that it's very important but there's no TV

Staff does not keep their word! Creaky and old beds, very uncomfortable. We booked for 2 nights and had to leave after first night due to family emergency, I was told that I would get a refund for the night I did not stay, I later called and spoke to the manager twice, who promised to do it right away. Don’t see a refund yet ( been more than a month now)! Their right away must mean the opposite!

We loved staying here. It was great to stay here and have access to Pfeiffer Falls, the river trail, dining, and shopping all at one place. It was great for the kids and we all had a fantastic time.

Central location, and you pay a lot for it. The accommodations are fine. Outdated cabins without wifi but clean. We slept poorly because the radiator makes a loud clanking noise.

The lodge was better than expected. When we arrived at our cabin, we saw a group of turkeys and a bobcat just walking through the forest. The accommodations were comfortable, the room large with a skylight. We took advantage of the deck to breathe in the fresh air. The price of the room includes paid access to 3 parks so we made sure we experienced all three although we only stayed 1 night. The lodge itself is charming and has everything you need - gift shop/store, restaurant, coffee bar, fireplace and game room. The lodge is in close proximity to Big Sur Bakery, a must try on any trip to Big Sur. We parked at our cabin and went straight to hiking. There is not a more convenient experience in Big Sur. We will return!
