Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nuestra reservacion estaba cancelada, fue muy frustrante porque teniamos 10 horas manejando y ya queriamos descansar, la persona de resepcion nos ayudo a conseguir cuarto en otro hotel

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. They serve a REAL breakfast with all the fixings. My only suggestion for the hotel would be to put maybe a few more sitting areas around the pool and the hot tub could use a cleaning.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable room and wonderful breakfast. Staff was friendly and the entire place was well maintained and very fresh.

Everytime we have stayed here, the service has been great. The hotels loby and breakfast area are neat and clean. The hotel rooms are always clean and neat.The pool is one of the reasons we stay here. The kids love being able to swim in the winter and the pool area is nice and large.

This place is really nice and clean, the staff was attentive, good customer service and very helpful. The breakfast area was nice, good variety of food and drinks. The room and restroom was nice and clean. The first thing when we first got inside the room everything was working very good except the telephone when I needed to ask a question, there was no tone at all, so I had to use my personal phone to do that which I also told the front desk receptionist about it. But everything else was great, enjoyed the stay and good customer service, very helpful.

I was afraid to stay the night, cancelled our two nights on Christmas day and drove all the way home. I would never stay there. There is homeless people in broke down cars, homeless walking around like zombies. Homeless have taken over this part of town. Hotel looked nice in clean from lobby. Inside there was bars on the food that you could buy. I was scared and had to leave. I am an older women, and didnt feel safe to stay.

Upon initial check in we found dirty, underwear stuffed in the pillows. Got moved to another room in which the thermostat did not work. The staff tried their best but it’s hard to unsee dirty, used underwear upon arrival

Nice friendly staff. Clean and quiet room. Enjoyed our overnight stay for concert at near by ******.

Friendly staff and nice amenities. May have left our electric toothbrush charger though. Will call and see.
