The room was decent. The person at the front desk asked for my ID, CC, and phone numbers. After I checked out, I received and email stating that I signed up for their rewards program. The person at the hotel used my personal information and signed me up their program without my knowledge. I would like to have my personal information deleted from their data base. Pao

Very Noisy all times of the day. Dog barking at night, people arguing all times of the day. All pillows & bed sheets stained with blood & other things. Appearance of room looks good but you start to notice hug holes in the wall, also these long winged bugs crawling around. Walls are super thin, you can hear everything!

The property is maintained and kept clean. New linens, upgraded restroom and located in a quiet area.

The motel was average at best. less than friendly greeting at check in. rooms were clean, pool looked less so, off color. Breakfast was included, but didn't start till 8 a.m. which is not very good for early starts. Most breakfasts start at 6 to 6:30. Looking at the size of the breakfast area, it wasn't going to be exceptional

Nice, clean, comfortable motel in Oroville. Great value and good service. Will stay there again next time we visit Oroville.

The man that checked us in was so unfriendly. No welcome, no smile and rude. The room was very clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable, too bad the check in was not more pleasant.😕

It was nice and clean , lots of druggies walking around on the streets .Seems quite common in CA these days

The bed was awesome! Shower had great pressure! We swam in the pool and it was very comfortable on a hot day. Pool could use some resurfacing, and they could use some lounge chairs and towels. But it is not a complaint. Was a great stay!!
