It’s a small hotel close to the port, not much open around it.

Nous sommes demeurés une nuit au Traghetto en attente d'embarquement sur un navire de croisière. L'hôtel est situé près du centre-ville et directement de l'autre côté de la rue de la navette qui nous amène gratuitement au terminal de croisière. La chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons bien aimé l'endroit.

The location was excellent if you're going to board a cruise ship the next day, the staff were excellent and carried our luggage up 3 floors as the lift was out of order. Our only criticism is that the hotel is old and tired and the shower is way too small for the average sized Anglo-Saxon. That being said, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Very close proximity to the cruise port, overall clean and excellent help from employees. But what do you think that I did not have Internet working, English TV, or ability to call front desk, but really didn’t matter because we were just sleeping there for the night. So just for an overnight stay with close proximity to the cruise port it’s very good. I would recommend it.

Our stay at Hotel Traghetto was perfect! We only stayed over night but we enjoyed everything. We walked through the town of Civitavecchia, slept comfortably in our very large room, had an easy contintental breakfast, and was so close to the shuttle for the cruise ship that it was an easy walk. Everyone spoke enough English for us and were all quite helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Excelente localização para quem vai pegar navio de cruzeiro. Ótimo atendimento. Quarto com cheiro de cigarro/mofo. Cama não é das melhores. Chuveiro com água gelada, não esquentava. Café da manhã simples.

Hotel is conveniently close to cruise terminal, area felt safe. Staff was very accommodating and helpful missed flight and had to obtain transportation to arrive 2am kept close contact with me all the way. Hotel can do with some refurbishment but generally clean.

This property is very dated, in need of a lot of updating. Showers are so small it was difficult to get in, for our friends travailing with us impossible. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the elevator was being repaired and they carried our luggage up and down the stairs.

The staff helped me out obtaining a shuttle so FCO. I was not able to pull up and get tickets for the trip to the airport. They went out of their way to book the shuttle in advance for me at their cost. Amazing in this day and age

Clean and convenient before a cruise. Front desk was helpful and kind. Easy walk to cruise shuttle. This is not a fancy hotel, but we were happy for the night.

This is a basic hotel but perfectly acceptable for a night or two before a cruise. Our room was large but the bathroom, especially the shower, was quite small-but again, quite adequate. The breakfast room was nice, especially with made-to-order lattes/coffees, and many choices. Good pizza next door and a mini-mart across the street were handy. Morning of the cruise it was an easy 2 block walk to the shuttle bus that took us to the ship. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb hotel for the price. It is located on the edge of the small town centre and is especially convenient for the ferry port but only a few minutes' walk from the centre. Both staff members who checked me in then out again the next day were very friendly and efficient. Though the hotel is basic, it is also very clean and comfortable with plentiful storage space and a modern en-suite bathroom. I slept really well here. For the budget-conscious, I very much recommend this hotel as excellent value for money.
