畢爾巴鄂西方酒店(Occidental Bilbao)

I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section . Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned. Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa. It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it! Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

Preguntamos por el servicio de piscina y spa para descansar un rato que se ofrece y solo hacen de intermediarios y solo hay la opción de coger el pack con el gimnasio de 20 euros

El Hotel es grande las habitaciones están limpias. El establecimiento del Wi-Fi tiene cierta dificultad. Pero el balance es adecuado y suficiente sacando buena nota en la relación calidad/ precio.

Well located, easy access parking amtough a bit expensive (20€/ night). Friendly staff. Beds are a bit hard and the pillows a bit flat but the rest of the room was good.

En Trip se especifica que el hotel cuenta con gimnasio gratuito cuando es de pago. Habría que corregirlo. Por otro lado las instalaciones están muy bien y la atención del personal maravillosa en todo monento

La estancia fue un error. Nada más entrar nos dicen que el coche para tenerlo en el parking hay que pagar un suplemento de 20€ por día. Me resulta un robo tener que pagar por un parking cuando ya has pagado una estancia en ese hotel. El jabón del baño estaba agotado, ya que lo rellenan y no teníamos para ducharnos. Solo había utensilios de baño para una persona a cuando la habitación era para 3 (un cepillo de dientes, un gorro de ducha, etc) las sábanas estaban manchadas de algo color naranjas. No estaban planchadas, las almohadas eran incómodas. Entraba luz a pesar de cerrar las cortinas. El desayuno estaba bien ya que pagamos 30€ por un desayuno bufet.

Week end pour le réveillon en couple. Bel hôtel, chic, propre. Accueil correct sans être cependant chaleureux. Parking non inclus dans le prix de la chambre et prix exorbitant. Piscine et salle de sport annoncés et bien présents mais paiement de 20 euros par personne en supplément. C'est vraiment dommage que ce ne ne soit pas suffisamment indiqué. Et dommage que ce ne soit pas offert aux clients de l'hôtel au vu du prix de la chambre. 2 petites bouteilles d'eau offertes et non renouvelées même si vous restez plusieurs nuits... Ménage de la salle pendant le dîner... Assez gênant pour les clients mais aussi pour l'employée... Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Cela aurait pu être parfait mais toutes ces options en supplément gâchent le séjour.
