Buena ubicación, servicio, y acomodación super limpia

Vous payez pour des suppléments, avoir votre appartement en avance, 12h au lieu de 15h, et finalement rien n’est prêt. Pas de savons dans les douches (présent mais vides…) Le personnel travaille en téléphonant en criant ou en écoutant de la musique super fort!!! Résultat ??? Impossible de se reposer. A FUIR!!!!

While the hotel is in a fantastic location and the views of the Guggenheim are great my stay was not perfect. I ordered the 5€ breakfast for the 2 days I was there. On day 1 when it was not delivered I contacted the only reception via their app and was told they would need to check if I had touched the breakfast and, if not, they would get back to me. Hard to touch something that I didn’t get. I asked them to cancel the second day as I really only needed it the first. I have heard nothing back and am now having trouble teaching them through their app. The room, while clean and comfortable needs some repairs. The TV should allow access to casting but wasn’t enabled for the network. The bedroom in 103 is the moment you walk into the apwrmtnt and as such you hear the comings and goings of everyone in the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper then this might not be for you. If you’re short you may have trouble using the shower. The button to change the shower options is on the shower head itself - at nearly 7ft

Suites muy modernas, desde la experiencia del check in totalmente automatizada. Solicitamos hacerlo antes pagando una compensación y fue perfecto. Tienen instrucciones muy claras para realizarlo sin problema, es indispensable tener un dispositivo electrónico y señal de internet. El diseño de las suites es maravilloso, cada espacio aprovechado al máximo y está lleno de detalles que te hacen sentir bien recibido. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en estas suites.

Great location, a bit expensive but worth spending if you stay for a couple of days. Didn't need anything but the reception is all digital.

It was a bit nerve racking to enter since arriving from Japan didn’t have data on my phone. I punched in enter code and got in at the entrance smoothly but the room code did not allow me in. Getting international roaming and opening the app and linking the code allowed me to enter but it took time and wondered what I’d do if I couldn’t get in. No emergency contact since it’s all contactless. Once entered, the room was large and with nice beds after a long trip.

Everything good, but we did not get breakfast what we paid through Hotels. Com, we can not get in touch with them for that issue. And we paid for coffee capsules extra, that did not come too,

(+) Good location, nice apartment. (-) Very noisy area and also in the apartment, very tight place wasn't possible to communicate with the owner
