伯靈頓波士頓索尼斯塔簡單套房酒店(Sonesta Simply Suites Boston Burlington)

Not clean; spilled cleaning products on hallway rugs. Towels looked okay but stained. You have to download app and fund it to dry clothes although washers are free, at least now. Pay for parking, minimal, but why as no one could find the place to park anyway. Not sure why Sonesta doesn’t do something. Seems like they are nickel/dime ‘ing people. Pay if you want to check in early even if room available

住宿很安靜，我已經去過這家酒店好幾次了，當時它還是另一家連鎖酒店，房間內部沒有任何問題，除了需要一些維護的跡象之外，一切都很乾淨，非常舒適，外面有地毯。走廊鬆動，油漆髒了，電梯壞了，但工作人員竭盡全力讓住宿變得安靜，而且他們沒有收取停車費，因為電梯壞了，就價格和位置而言，它仍然是一個很好的選擇。

Property is very dated and not worth the price they are charging. Breakfast is not included. The other Sonesta location is much better and right down the street.

Recliner chair was broken with leg sticking out. Called for help to get it in was told Just push it! Never could get CC on tv, didn't bother to call for help. Will definitely NEVER stay here again.

The heating system was really outdated. It was blowing air all night and the curtains had to be left open so they did t blow up in the air. There was an incident where the police fire department and ambulance showed up and woke us up at the weee hours of the morning with the lights and noise and we couldn’t go back to sleep. Our room was facing the entrance of hotel. This made for an uncomfortable stay since the whole purpose was for us to be close to the hospital the night before our surgery ! Sometimes it’s the little things that matter…

Comfortable, quiet, walking distance to coffee shops, mall and grocery store, hospitable staff. Washers were all broken.

We had to cancel the reservation, because despite reserving a wheelchair accessible room, the hotel was not accessible in the slightest. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room, they did not even have a wheelchair accessible door to the hotel - just a heavy pull glass door to a narrow foyer and another heavy pull door to a tiny inaccessible foyer. The front desk was apologetic and perfectly nice, but it’s impossible to make available what doesn’t exist.

Hospitable, near coffee shops, grocery store, safe area. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quick to make any repairs. We stayed here for over a month and were very content with our accommodations.
