維加斯酒店(Americas Best Value Inn Billings)

It was a nice quiet place and clean they even got me in earlier than expected

I have never stayed in a grosser more dirty motel in my life. They don’t even have coffee in the morning. No phone to call front desk. I towel for a room that was supposed to be to king beds which was not king beds but queen. Blood on the bathroom door. But they charge me $50 for getting a bloody nose and getting a couple drops on the sheet as I was sleeping. Not fan or window to open Terrible stay. I am contacting the better business bureau it was so bad. Staff is rude and doesn’t comprehend any questions

Hotel front lobby did not appealing to comforting and inviting. Agent appearance uninviting and unproffessional. Bed sheets appeared unwashed and reused. Room sink not functioning well

I liked the hot showers and the beds were good with plenty of room. It could be a little more designed with children in mind

Place was a little run down and it also had long term tenants. Probably not a good idea for a family

I paid for the room but they still ask for a deposit. I've stayed at many hotels in Billings and nobody else in town asks me for deposits.

Two of four washers in the guest laundry were out of service and a third one began leaking shortly after I put my wash in the fourth machine. No change machine to get quarters for laundry and no laundry soap available. There should be a dispenser in the laundry room or at least supplies at the front desk for purchase.

Unfortunately I couldn't get there for my reservation but the price was super good so not a huge loss!
