Carpet needs to be changed otherwise it was clean. Enjoyed pool and the pool area.

Starbucks in the hotel was great, but they definitely need more staff in the ****** it was easier just to pay for drinks rather than waiting for someone to come over

This place could use a more detail cleaning. Carpet floors entering hallways were dirty throughout the facility , base boards dusty , and elevators needing sweeping. Fixtures rusty and out of date. Room had a stuffy smell. All hygiene products dispenser inside the room bathroom were empty in my room and my friends.

Great hotel! Extremely friendly staff...I mean everyone has been great! I highly recommend Harrah's!

The location is convenient to the other attractions in the area. There are only section of elevators for a 12 floor hotel which makes getting to rooms backed up. The rooms also do not have a microwave. Our sheets had holes in them the first night and towels were not refreshed daily without having to first call.

Pool and hot tub not clean , pool cool not heated , hot tub in need of repair and dirty , no towels at pool area , asked for some and we were told to use our room towels ?…just came from Tunica and hotel was much nicer and more convenient.

The lady that checked us in was quite rude. There’s no water pressure in the sink or the toilet.

It was very loud at night. Our room directly backed up to the parking garage so anyone could have looked in the windows. It smelled ok, bed was comfortable.

Had to pay 10 dollars extra to get use of microwave,Magnolia Restaurant was too expensive,went to Applebees for Valentines dinner 50 bucks less .

Upon arrival, the Blind Tiger Biloxi Beach Restaurant for a non-formal dinner was very good. The hotel/****** staffs throughout our 3 night day were all very nice. However, we did have issues with the bathroom, poor lighting, both the toilet and shower leaked. And we had just a few towels for our extended stay that offered housekeeping only by daily requests... We have enjoyed our stays at many different Harrah locations, even spending our honeymoon at the one on Lake Tahoe, 38 years ago. We regret our stay in Biliox was a little less than expected and therefore, say it was only average...

I felt that the room was to expensive for whst i got. Very disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub say they are heated but we could not use tgrm they were too cold. Not alot of food choices either.

The person who took care of Me for a few weeks at the front desk was David and H is the BEST.

We stayed here while in town for a concert. Our king bed room and bathroom were clean, however, both are in need of an update. Carpet was stained in hallways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Refrigerator in room was handy. All in all this hotel felt tired and basic.

Harrah’s resort was extremely outdated and overpriced. They serviced my room only ONCE for an entire week. I chose to checkout early and find another hotel room. They would not give me a refund for the remaining 4 days on my trip and I gladly ate the cost and switch to a marriot.
