My check in took 44 minutes with 3 people in front of me. The key I got was handed to me with no directions to the room or no welcoming message. I got to the room and had to use the rest room, but found the key did not open the door. I went back down and did jump the line, asking forgiveness and explaining the urgency. The clerk said the key was activated, it just didn't work. I asked her to help me and she responded. " If you had gotten here earlier, maybe it would have worked." A lady in line uttered aloud, " OMG' and left the lobby. I waited for my key. It still didn't work. On the third visit to the desk, she said I was rude to her and if someone was rude to her she was going to be rude back. I told her that was wrong on so many levels, but if I did something that she perceived as rude, I apologize. She then said she apologized as well. The rooms all have broken stuff and the floor was only partially vacuumed. We stayed 2 days ( was already pre paid) and no one refreshed the towels or straightened up during our stay. Another clerk at the desk the next night barely glanced at us entering the lobby and went right back to her computer browsing, never extending a greeting of any kind. Just a toxic mess. DO NOT stay here.
