just got best service . Room was comfortable. Staffs were talking politely in manner. Service you gave us was best in town. All the service such as tooth brush paste shaving cream comb were available. Will visit again

Location is in the heart of the city. Clean and hygienic. Does give value for money. Roof top bar in good weather is heavenly with a breathtaking view . Though hotel parking is limited ample municipal parking is available right across. Sound insulation from parties is good. Food is decent staff very friendly and supportive.

In the heard of Birgunj, Wonderful service and great hospitality. Impressed with the smiling gesture of the support officers. Breakfast was excellent. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel whenever you are in Birgunj. Price wise too it is affordable and will be within budget.

Diyalo Lords Hotel is the best hotel in birgunj staffs were polite and hygienic, the food was very good whole hotel was clean Overall it was a great night at Diyalo Lords. Specially breakfast was good. Room is clean and specious. Well maintained why Lords

We visited with teachers and friends, superb breakfast, the comfort level is very high. Excellent environment friendly staff and service, great menu choices. The place was clean and very good, very helpful and kind staff. Top floor restaurant (Skyy by lords) was amazing sky view.
