伍達德房子(Woodard House)

Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading.

Its not a hotel it was a building site. We got asked by email what time we were arriving so told them 5pm got to the house building site. The door was unlocked opened it and yes a building site. So checked my emails again to see a email saying to find somewhere else as they had doubled booked i think that was a nice way of saying we are a building site. Took over an hour on the phone the next day to get a refund of **********

This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘**********’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels!
