위치, 시설, 주차 등 다 펀리했으며, 조식도 깔끔하게 괜찮았습니다. 시내 중간에 있다보니 접근성도 좋았고 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 다음 또 재방문 의사 있습니다.

Wonderful

The suites aren’t really suites, but they do have all the things to check the list: kitchenette, loveseat, two beds. Everything is in one long room, like a bowling alley. The one tv is in front of the loveseat, so you can’t watch tv from either bed, but you can hear it from every bed. There’s a useless curtain to draw between the loveseat and the beds, kind of like a hospital curtain but it doesn’t go around any areas, just down one side to the bottom of the bed. It did have nice a blackout shade. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were hot and muggy, but clean.

Very clean. Room was well set up. The staff was helpful and friendly. Jeremy at the front desk went the extra mile. Recognized I was tired after a long ride and having run a marathon the day prior. Was very considerate and helpful and always with a smile.

Spacious room and convenient location next to UAB. Room service makes bed but leaves dirty wash clothes in shower. Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower did not work and were not fixed after telling front desk. Free breakfast was OK but not great. On site restaurant food poor.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk to check us in. There were several several people outside smoking cigarettes and when i asked them if they knew where anyone was they began to laugh. At that time one of them tossed yhe cigarette to the ground and put on their name tag then proceeded to check me in. She was very short and rude. My son and i had already paid for the room before we got there and were both tired so we decided to just stay and go to bed. My son had surgery the next morning so we checked out before 8. Several hours later my son realized he had forgotten his wallet in the room so i called. After six times, not rings but times, we actually got someone on the phone and was told "yeah ok well housekeeping didnt turn anything in so you didnt leave it" i drove back and was greeted with a dissmissive attitude and was ignored why she continued to talk to her fellow employees. I explained to her that my son has cancer and we were here for a procedure and it would be nice if i could just speak to the person that had cleaned the room because the cash wasnt important to him just the wallet that was a gift she starred at my and began to laugh. She looked my in the eyes and said "you know its gone you dont need to talk to them and its been this long so its gone now"she then started talking to her friends and told them shes going for a smoke without acknowledging me again.

Housekeeping did not release room, front desk had to go check it. Its crazy it took 30 mins to get checked in. Breakfast was amazing. Restaurant was also amazing and friendly staff, thank you Shannon.

My stay on July 27, 2023 was the wirst experience of hotel stay ive had. As soon as we walked in to register, two bus loads of kids literally shoved, ran and pushed to the counter. Then, they got our elevator. I am a leukemia/transplant recovery patient and am not allowed in huge crowds, especially kids. The room smelled like horrible Body ordor or severe wet dog smell. As the kids trickled in their rooms, doors began opening and slamming, giggling and loud banter talk OUTSIDE my room...until 11:30 pm. When another guest went to front desk to get help, none was given. My question is why would you put regular full paying customers in the middle of two bus loads of rude, non-thinking teens??? Solution for you for next time....put bus loads of kids on one/two floors, and potential future customers on a floor without teen drama. Y'all don't think very well when it comes to scheduling, do you. I won't stay again and will let others know your hotel will not bring peace and may gag you with the smell. Oh, and 5 minutes after we got on room, the housekeeping barged in...no knock...hummmm. More training needed?

We tried to check in early, and provided a phone number to be called once our room became available, since we've been driving all night to visit Alabama for the first time. We were greatly disappointed by the lack of courtesy. Every time we've ever attempted to check in early, a hotel will accommodate us, but this hotel failed to go the extra step in customer accommodations. If the room is clean and available, it makes all of the difference to provide it to your valued customers. I chose this location specifically because its apart of the Hilton brand. Staff was very friendly, but i was not amazed by them. Hidden fees are also not appreciated. $15 parking fee? Seriously, i checked the box for continental breakfast and you're telling me i have to pay extra to park my vehicle on your lot. Nobody respects a leach. Be upfront with etra charges. Gym was great, thank you for the large equipment variety and the cold water dispenser.
