Made my reservation as a nice treat in the first leg of my trip for work. About 45 minutes later, I noticed the dates were wrong.
Contacted ******* where I was informed this constitutes a cancelation which is rediculous. They still would have gotten the money just on a different night. ******* contacted them and they refused to change it. This is such piss poor customer service and I, as a Marriott gold member, expected better. But there's a simple fix here.
I will never stay at a Marriott ever again.
You may have gotten a free night from me, but your company is about to lose 7 nights of bookings. Hope it was worth it.
