南伯明翰長橋普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Birmingham South (Longbridge))

Very dissapointing. the room was clean but had 2 really hard pilows . no choice of softer ones. had terrible nights sleep with stiff neck in morning. no one at reception to help. the restaurant food was one of the wost meals i have had anywhere. the chicken was overcooked and hard. chips were cold.so were the other 5peoples in our group.we did tell waitress .I just wont stay there again put me right off.

J'ai séjourné dans cette hôtel avec ma famille durant le week-end. La chambre était calme et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié Personnel très agréable et compréhensible. Je recommande Prix 👍.

This is our 2nd time staying at this Premier Inn, we would highly recommend. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist ( Kirsti ) very friendly and welcoming. Our daughter is studying at The University of Birmingham which is a 10 minute drive away so very convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, easy to park ( payable ) there's a few shops, couple of places to eat on the doorstep so no need to drive once you're here. We have another 3 years of travelling to Birmingham and would not think about staying anywhere else, good value for money and convenient.

Reception service, ambience and rooms all good. Despite best endeavours of restaurant staff the wait time for evening food was excessive. It took us 2 1/2 hours just to have two courses. To be safe we allowed a couple of hours for food. Even this wasn't enough so we were late for our evening event. Just a hint and tip - we used the Park & Ride car park. This is a good provision and cheaper than the car parks adjacent to the Premier Inn and no more than a couple of mins walk

I have stayed here this past few weeks for my research, and I have felt so welcomed and they’re always happy to help. After flooding my bathroom (I had a bath and I think I misjudged the height of the water). The lady on reception mopped it up quite late in the evening, she said she would’ve moved my rooms but they were all full which is completely understandable, and definitely my fault for the flooding anyway 😅 she was very kind and went out of her way to help me. Everyone on reception has been very helpful and friendly, they are so kind- even when I have silly questions. When I’ve come in shattered, they have been really understanding and have even offered me biscuits that i’m very grateful for. Everyone in the restaurant are also lovely, they really make you feel part of the family when they welcome you at breakfast. If i’m up this way again, I know I’ll be coming back here. I couldn’t have asked for more considerate people :)

We were so grateful to Kirsti for her generosity and kindness. She represented Premier Inns very well with the way in which she helped us and we were very grateful. Nothing seemed too much for her and she went out of a way to try to help us

Great rooms as usual. Just wish they’d supply decaf drinks and hot chocolate. Friendly staff. Will deffo stay again. Book for breakfast advised as we didn’t and they were finishing early so rushed a bit…..our fault though. Good food.
