伯明翰查爾斯希望公寓酒店(Charles Hope Apartments Birmingham)

The apartment was nice and clean but the issue that let it down was key entry to my room. They use an app key on your phone which failed 4 times and had to go looking for the manager and as been on 9th floor a bit of a mission.I wouldn’t stay again due to this.

Lovely apartment with everything you need But far to complicated to check in, HOWEVER the apartment was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, ( and we’re not light sleepers ) we contacted the Details we had at the time but didn’t really expect a response as it was the middle of the night. We tried all switches but nothing worked so we had a very poor nights sleep, we complained the next day and sent a video of the noise - apparently it was the air conditioning system and could be turned off if we had contacted them … which we did! Guest services were unhelpful stating we should have told them, and sorry if we felt we had a dampened stay! We also received no key for the internal doors and was locked in the reception area unable to get to our room until some one else came in and could let us in, Guest services didn’t acknowledge this either such a shame but wouldn’t go back or use any of their other facilities again

I regularly have to stay in this area of Birmingham for work and these apartments are always my first choice. They feel so much safer than others i've stayed in. Friendly staff on the reception and a great security system. The apartments are always spotless, well equipped and luxurious. I cannot find any fault. I didn't manage to get parked on site- but there is a multi storey just around the corner, so it's not a problem. The only issues i've had are with the people at the booking site- and their lack of understanding about paying on account through work. But this isn't the fault of Charles Hope .
