比爾什託納斯雲杉SPA療養度假村(Medical Spa "Egles sanatorija" Birstonas)

I have spent some time in the lovely amazing place . Room clean and tidy , amazing view on the spectacular river Nemunas ( 20 bucks more on the reservation if you like to get this amazing view for sure ) , buffet meals and amazing Spa with as many saunas as you like . Great coffee shop and if you go for a 3 days staying package you will get 5 , I mean five meals included. I just have to write some remarks about the very long check in process ( almost 20 min waiting , just one clerk at check in desk for the first 10 minutes ) and empty frigo bar , but two bottles of water and coffee were available for free in our room . Anyway was indeed a lovely experience, and hope to be back soon

The place is with mostly horrible service and terrible personal evere. They are always rude and aggressive never answered questions or anything at all. Even with huge pains in my leg’s they commanded me to go back many times. Equipment doesn’t work anywhere you go there were waiting fir few hours. Never ever again to this place!!!

We had the standard week long programme of five procedures a day. A large amount of other trea**ents are available (at extra cost) but it was hard to get the correct information as most of the staff had minimal English. It takes time to get used to the layout of the place and the effect of the trea**ents.The place is functional but with state of the art equipment, spotlessly clean and highly efficient. Wonderful pool complex with saunas and steam rooms. Also loved the peat wrap and various forms of massage especially the underwater one, lymph drainage leg compression and a kind of massage waterbed. However sad to say the food lets the place down. It is supposed to be holistic and to give the best conditions for health, but the canteen type meals are anything but healthy. There is a large emphasis on meat/pork with much fried food or tastelessly boiled. There is no indication of the ingredients so not good for vegetarians. The snack bar is better, with yoghurt and keffir and also black bread and cheeses, but is not always open. Surprisingly the bar with drinks and cakes and vending machines with all kinds of chocolate bars are readily available. If only fresh appetising healthy meals were more of a priority, also a more thorough way of explaining the trea**ents and gearing them to individual needs, the place would be perfect,

We are coming here every year. But after this time, we won't come back... Urine smell in the rooms... It's very disgusting. Too much people, in the dining room you are waiting in the long long queue to get some food. After last lunch, my little daughter 3.5y and granny was vomiting a LOT. And a lot of other inconvenience. 700e for this for 3days? I am not recommending going here.
