Beds are comfortable especiallyafter a long day on the lake. Slept like a baby. The room was clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast area is clean and inviting. Its close to the lake, great perk. There is a small piece of metal that sticks out from the side of the boxsprings that cut though my pants leg when I put my leg down from the bed. Its really sharp and hard to see until you bump it. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very filthy. The sheets and bed cover were stained and looked dirty. Walls were dirty and looked like something had run down and hadn’t been cleaned. Stains on walls and doors. Mold was in the bathroom. The chair had stains all over it. We were afraid to touch anything and brought in our own pillow and blanket for the bed. If it hadn’t been so late we probably would have requested a different room.

We found the beds were very uncomfortable. Way too hard to get a good night's sleep. The A/C didn't work effectively. The breakfast was fair...ran out of meat while we were there the first morning. They brought more in but we were done with our meal. There was no juice dispenser. The gallon jug of juice was empty the 2nd morning we were there. There was very limited parking for boats/ATV trailers.

Das Motel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Gunnison, Fahrzeit ins Zentrum ca. 5 min. Das Motel liegt am Highway, davon ist jedoch kaum etwas zu hören. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren geräumig, das Bett bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Das Gebäude ist jedoch ziemlich ringhörig. Wenn der Nachbar in normaler Zimmerlautstärke fernsieht, ist das gut zu hören.

Old style motel. Old furnishings but in process of remodeling. Hair dryer had to be reset by motel. Bed frame stuck out and cut my leg. Breakfast minimal. Eggs horrible. Best thing was the fan on the ac stayed on all night. We like the noise. I would not stay here again and most likely not rode way inns.

Five stars for Roadway Inn Roadway Inn, Gunnison Colorado is a very pleasant place to stay- clean, quiet, etc. My room was VERY reasonably priced, especially since my decision to stay in Gunnison was unplanned and last minute. The receptionist/afternoon manager, Amber, recommended a family owned Mexican restaurant, "El Paraiso" where I enjoyed a dinner of beef and chicken flautas. One star for *******. I don't have any kind words for *******, as they DID NOT send me a reservation confirmation. I had been considering several motel options and after making the reservation, I realized that I didn't remember which location I had chosen, and didn't even know if the reservation had been finalized. Several frustrating phone calls later I determined that I was indeed registered at Roadway Inn.

Can’t believe they can get over $100 for this room. Very dated room. Staff very friendly but breakfast was minimal and room very dated.

Overnighter, but unable to properly wash/shower as no hot water. The first evening we were told by supervisor to wait as housekeeping had just finished using water. "I feel your pain on hot water as I live upstairs." Next morning still no hot water & different guy admitted that new boiler was awaited. He'd contact maintenance team and arrange a refund. Nothing heard from hotel ...

I couldn't tell if it was a hotel or a junkyard for cars with their hoods up that needed fixing.

As per the GM Parker - he will approve a full refund but it needs to be initiated by me. Please advise

Very old, not very clean, Wi-Fi did not work, sketch location.

Great place to stay while skiing CB! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Such friendly folks at the Rodeway Inn in Gunnison. We always enjoy a quiet and relaxed stay! Thank you!

Location close to skiing, outdoors, great homemade breakfast and housekeeping.
