Guests around us were very noisy, I made a complaint about a fight breaking out in the hall and the room, nothing was done to our knowledge and the noise continued. When we used the concierge text communication in the morning to express our complaints, there was no response even though we responded to the message they didn't hesitate to send about reminding us what time checkout was. We went to the front desk to checkout and voiced our complaints about the noise at 3 am and before and after and they only gave us a ten dollar discount. After that I think we will stay at a different hotel and take Ubers downtown for dinner instead of staying at a very walkable hotel.
