可怕的是，沒有冷水，廁所沒有沖水，這意味著廁所裡有陳舊的尿液和紙巾。淋浴間看起來像建築工地，而且不乾淨。我洗了個澡，出來時比進去時更髒，避免！

多麼令人驚嘆的小 bnb，我們為家庭旅行預訂了完整的地方，所有剛剛裝修過的工作人員都很棒，那裡的每一個需要早餐都很棒，我們在布萊克浦擁有的最好的剎車很快就會回來謝謝我們可愛的住宿很快就會回來

What an absolute filthy hotel, paid £300 for 6 people for one night and we ended up in bunk beds all crammed in one filthy room, no toilets in rooms either. It’s awful filthy dirty, wallpaper hanging off the wall, dirty sheets a kettle full of urine!!!! Never ever have a seen a place like this I’m surprised it hasn’t been closed down as a health hazard

I booked 3 rooms for friends and every room was a filthy blood on bed sheets urine in the kettle that was switched on and it stunk the room out showers stunk discussing place keep clear this place was not cheep eirther

well, well, well, where to begin... firstly on arrival we was met by a rude young lady barefoot.. she seemed more bother that we had disturbed her... then later on when we returned to check in, (as we arrived early and was just leaving bags to go PB) when given keys no information about having to book in for breakfast in the morning. however we was told by another customer that he was informed the kitchen wasn't open as oven was broke. nothing too bad so far.. however a hotel in which no drinks are allowed up stairs, the bar was also closed as the staff member who works it was ill. not great when you have 3 kids with you (one autistic). both communal toilets had no lights in so kids didn't want to go bathroom alone, the shower room looked like a construction site. a few pillows had yellow stains.. looked like urine stains tbh with you.. then after we complained through *********** about all this. she lied saying we was rude because we didn't have a on suite.. we booked knowing it was communal bathrooms. we believe this is just a generic response as she would have to refund us some pennies.. I'm not one for leaving a bad review but this place has proper took the biscuit... please, please avoid.. spend that extra bit of money for a place that has all the commodities

Well… where do I start! Firstly the room is relatively standard which you would expect for the price that’s a definite! We paid for a private toilet because both of us unfortunately suffer from IBS, understandably for privacy and comfort this suited us better. Yay private toilet we was happy, that was until we actually went to use the toilet and it wouldn’t flush!!! We went downstairs to let them know the toilet wasn’t working and we was told “ I’ll tell my mum” although telling her mum didn’t really do anything because nobody came to look at the toilet. This however led us to put on our big girl pants and just go to the shared toilet and guess what! They both didn’t work either, being on a floor full of men too, which you can imagine was absolutely disgusting and smelt really bad. Lets continue to the bathroom the cold water tap didn’t work and unless we both had mysterious shave there was loads of little dark hairs where someone had clearly shaved and it hadn’t been clean. Pipes on show was absolute beautiful aswell as the shared shower being absolutely shocking!!! Next let’s go to the sea view it advertised.. their thoughts on a sea view is the back of the hotel it was which was disgusting. I’ll give them one thing the bed was pretty comfy but to be woken up by their dogs barking and a child being shouted at ( the cleaners child) was not the way we wanted to be woken up this morning. Oh and I got bitten too! The pictures on trip advisor definitely need updating because it looks nothing like them! This is not ‘ value for money’ and if I’m quite honest I wouldn’t even allow a dog to stay there. On a positive note… a night out in Blackpool is fun!!!
