Lee & Chris's Belvedere - Adults Only

FIVE STARS Stayed here last month for two nights and the hospitality that both Chris and Lee showed was fantastic, would definitely recommend the hotel for sure and I do plan on staying there again. The breakfast was superb and the pair of them really do go the extra mile for guests. Centrally located as well and has a great selection of bars and places to eat nearby.

Another amazing stay at Lee and Chris's Belvedere. Lee was very friendly as always, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious as always. Room had everything you need (and a coffee machine in the premium room) I cant wait to return again.

I Booked All Rooms for Blackpool Pride 2024. The b&b is in a great location near Blackpool North Train Station. The Stay was of very high quality and Lee one of the owners nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed here a few times and booked out the b&b a couple of times now. Great place to stay and will be back soon. If you’re looking for a place to stay this is the place to stay. If the Belvedere is Full then I also fully recommend the Sister venue on Lord Street Rendezvous Bar and Rooms another great place to stay. Both places are owned by Lee and Chris.

Lee and Chris’s Belvedere is a charming B&B at the heart of Blackpool’s The Be Who You Want To Be village and near the North Pier. Our Premium double en-suite room on the top floor featured a coffee machine, fridge, and a large bathroom with a full-size shower. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. Note: no disabled access, but the hospitality is top-notch!

I had a wonderful stay in the Belvedere. Lee was exceptionally welcoming from the moment I arrived and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and there were tea and coffee making facilities. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small fridge in the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I do at home. Before I left, I booked directly with Lee to stay again for another trip to Blackpool later in the year. It's in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from Blackpool North train station and a little bit further into town but far enough away that there's no noise at night. Highly recommended.

Great little hotel, Lee and Chris are very friendly, nice rooms comfortable beds, room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities. Nice touch having a fridge in my room as well! Good location only 5 mins from funny girls and the bars Will certainly stay with you again. Richard & Graham

Greeted by Lee who was a super host and very welcoming.. The room was very clean and comfortable the bathroom was really clean and the towels were lovely, The hot water was very hot plenty of it too!! We had a fridge in our room which was heaven in the warmer days ! I would definitely stay here again or maybe in their sister hotel rendezvous ! Thanks for a fantastic weekend stay x

As a first time solo traveller, I was put to ease immediately on arrival by such warm and welcoming hosts, the room was comfy & cosy, the bed was fantastic (slept a lot on the 2nd day due to a sustained knee injury 3 months prior so the comfort was a major winner here) and contained all the required amenities and more, I've heard from friends in my social group that the breakfast is fantastic, which I'll aim to try if they don't keep dragging me to the flying handbag after a long bar crawl haha. The place is in a prime location for Blackpools LGBTQ+ scene and is definitely a place to stay. I have to thank Lee & Chris for making my first venture alone such a positive experience I'm definitely bitten now on travelling more alone, I aim to come back here in future ☺️.

We both enjoyed our stay here from the 24th to the 29th of April. The room was brilliant. The bed was very comfortable, clean, lots of tea coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, and water. The shower and toilet room were big. Excellent breakfast and facilities for breakfast. We would definitely recommend quality and location and reasonable with the pricing. Friendly host. We would definitely choose here again.
