設施老舊，看起來也不是很乾凈，早上十點半就要退房，也不給寄存行李，不過這個地方所有酒店都差不多，為了pleasure beach忍了一晚上

Great location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.

Happy about this hotel and everything! Would come again in summer, it’s too bad that it’s winter.

Decent room, quiet place

Lovely hotel, very friendly and clean only downside was the prices in the bar, had the wine cheaper we would have spent our evenings there

Excellent hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasnt brilliant r Bedroom carpet needs good clean or a new one. Deff stay here again

Very welcoming to dogs. Excellent breakfast and top quality breakfast staff. 2very poor reception staff. 2 'mature, gentlemen on reception who had no regard for customer service. They were not interested in customers,not welcoming and did the minimum they could. They did not do justice to what otherwis is a good standard hotel.

Given a choice on the ******* website of a family room with a double bed and two singles or a double bed with bunk beds we opted for the former. When we arrived we had been allocated the bunkbed room. The room was extremely small and cramped with my son having to stand on a bedside cabinet to get to the top bunk. For the price paid this was very disappointing. The shower was temperamental and required assistance from the staff to master its operation. I have given the hotel an average rating. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. On balance I would not stay there again primarily because the room I understood I had reserved was not the one we got. Had I seen this in advance I would not have taken it.

Nice clean hotel,very helpful staff got me a new keycard straightaway when mine decided to stop working.great food.

The staff at this hotel are lovely and friendly, the common areas like bar, lobby, breakfast room are all modern and clean. We paid for a superior room with sea view - it did not look like the one in the photo! They have chosen the best photo so you may not get that. In addition the bathroom was old and tired - and had poor ventilation- it made the whole room smell a little bit. We paid a lot as it was Pride weekend ( we didn’t know) but I don’t think we got fair value.
