Food was fabulous, but our waitress (her name was Ion) was underwhelming, undertrained, and wasn’t interested. (Attitude). We had the Truffle Twinky Brioche, very good, 2 of 3 fabulous, 3rd, dry and inconsistent with the others. The Ceviche was wonderful. The salad, was just a salad. Main course of Snapper and Chicken Pasta were all flavorable and delightful. Great intense flavors. The wine list was very reasonable, but very limited in scope. The owner/Chef (David) was gracious and visited our, and many tables. If we would have comparable and trained service staff, it would have been a delight. Our server was more interested in her personal conversation near the kitchen, and hiding in the private dining room to text on her phone, then being attentive. If you get a server named Ion, ask to move tables or get another server, she just doesn’t get it. A great dinner can only be accompanied with a full team. This is a tough location to survive, will need better staff to get it done!
