Where can we even start? Vicki, Janet and Craig have done an absolutely incredible job, against all odds having built out and opened during the pandemic years, in building the perfect boutique for a wine country town like Blenheim. The design of the rooms is super comfortable, but also modern. The location is amazing, with easy and cheap parking and walking distance to the quite good restaurants in town. All the wine tours will pick you up and drop you off here, so no issue having to drive after partaking liberally. Very reasonable prices and extraordinarily kind service from the ever present owners.

What a 'cool' urban hotel right in the heart of Blenheim. Don't be fooled by the unprepossessing exterior; enter into a super-chic true boutique hotel. We loved our suite giving us extra space to spread out, a kitchentte should we choose to eat in. And a wonderful comfortable bed. The shower and luxe toiletries were a treat too. You just step out the door to a range of cafes, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. We parked in the public carpark right next to the hotel, and as it was the weekend it was free. We chose to have breakfast one morning and we highly recommend you do too. The coffee was great, the waffles sooo decadent, I just couldn't stop eating. Owners are really friendly, know Marlborough well and can recommend the best vineyards to visit too.

Excellent quirky, small boutique hotel in Blenheim town centre. Rooms were to a high standard and the staff could not have been more helpful Perfectly situated for bars & restaurants as well as a base for the obligatory wine tour Limited breakfast choice at extra cost but very good Only minor issues are 1) parking (relatively cheap public car park opposite) and 2) Noisy early morning if guests are in reception

This stylish hotel is located in the centre of town. A short walk from shops and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and absolutely spotless Spring and sparkling water is supplied as well a nice chocolate Janet’s was an extremely gracious host and gave us some fabulous restaurant and cafe suggestions. My only comment is the room is quite small

A great place to stay , beautiful contemporary decor with a high level finish. We loved the attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was really fresh,tasty and a fair price for the quality and generous portions. The people there are so lovely , nothing was too much trouble , they helped arranging taxi’s , restaurants and shared their local knowledge , giving us some ideas of what to do during our stay. We would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat !

A bleak concrete box that hides a wonderful hotel experience, great room, lovely breakfast, and service levels of the highest order. Vicki even did our laundry for us, and when we needed to stay another night in Blenheim, and she was booked up, rang around and found us another room. No praise high enough.

Great hotel, great location and incredible staff. Rooms are modern and roomy and so comfortable. The staff helped us get settled and were great company to talk to. They helped us with our laundry and pointed out restaurants and sites to see.

We booked two rooms in this hotel and we were more than pleasant surprised, that they could be linked via a small hallway to one apar**ent. The rooms are very modern and absolutely on par with big hotels. The reception is lovely and you feel at home in an instant. Since there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance, getting food is very easy. The rooms do have a small kitchen (however no hotplate - no problem at all for us). Strongly recommend to go there!
