If you'll need lemon water, please make sure that you buy a lemon on your way to the hotel, as City Lodge Bloemfontein will charge you for a slice of lemon. Furthermore, you should not forget to buy water as well, unless if you do not mind drinking tap water.

There is a lot of room for improvement. Staff needs to respect guests privacy, the food can be improved, if you say full English breakfast, let it be full English breakfast, if you go the social media route, someone must be on their gadgets to attend to social media messages, I checked out yesterday morning but still no response to my message, charging ports are to be installed, you can hear everything from the next room, even when they cough, can food be delivered to the room please, this was the worst experience for me.

We stay here every year on our way back from Kruger to the ECape. Every time it ticks all the boxes for everything you'd want and need for a great overnight stay From the pleasant staff at reception and restaurant waitrons, to the spacious, well laid out rooms, crispy clean linen, fluffiest towels, additional toiletries, coffee station and a very good on site restaurant. There really is nothing I can think of that's a negative. Kudos to every member of the hotel. You're doing a very good job Keep it up

Friendliest staff! The staff at the Front desk, the staff in the Restaurant and the House keeping staff... all really impressed me! The staff in Bloemfontein go the extra mile to make sure that your experience in the hotel is one to remember... every time.

It's a very nice lodge situated in the heart of Bloemfontein. Their restaurant makes the freshest of food you will ever think. The rooms are very small, but enough for the couple. The rooms are serviced daily and are spotless clean. For a low-budget trip, I'll recommend this lodge as it is centrally-located. It's a few minutes walk to both the nearby malls.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The linen was clean. Then bed was comfortable. The pillows were soft. The swimming pool was refreshing. I had everything I needed in the room. Everything was great

Well curated winelist. What's not to like. well done team garden court Bloemfontein for looking after two weary bikers.

Decent Accommodation! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Centrally located, excellent service and clean. Daily rate can however be reviewed especially when bookings are made directly with the establishment. Third party bookings are much cheaper than direct bookings which do not make sense.

What a wonderful surprise. All the staff were just so friendly and welcoming especially Maruma and Mandy. After a 12 hour journey the smiles, clean and comfortable room and the fact that they have in house restaurant was just the perfect way to break our journey. Seriously recommend this hotel.
