We arrived late one night for a two night stay but ended up switching hotels. There was no hot water and we went to the front desk person who told us they would “restart” the boiler. Still no hot water and the next morning, we checked again and the front desk staff said they were getting a new boiler but the engineer wasn’t available for another day. No apologies, no sympathy, just statements. On top of that, there were ants all over the kitchenette. The staff said we could switch rooms but all bottom floors might have ants. Most card readers outside of the buildings were damaged, ans inoperable so anyone could access each building.
