The location of the motel was good. Easy to find and get to. The rooms were clean and the air temperature was comfortable when we walked in the room. The rooms are nice sized. The breakfast that is included was good.

My room was right off the lobby near the elevator. There was a MASSIVE group loud and drunk in the lobby well past midnight that made it difficult to relax. For $160... That's pretty unreasonable.
The TV in the sitting area of the room was difficult to figure out, then kept jumping out of viewing mode, strange.

This hotel has potential, but there were too many issues with my stay.
In the first room they gave me, the temperature control on the heater wasn’t working. So, they moved me to a nicer room, but it had an even more substantial issue. The toilet ran all of the time, and when it tried to fill the tank again the pipes in the wall made a very loud hammering noise. This would happen every half hour or so. I had to turn the water off to the toilet during the night to stop this from happening. It’s hard to miss, so I can’t possibly believe they are not aware of it.
Another smaller annoyance was the ice maker was running but didn’t have any ice. I tried both in the evening and the next morning with no luck.
On the positive side the room design was nice, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was good.
If they did a better maintenance job the rating would be a 5.
