We had a great time. Place was clean and nicely furnished with a porch swing, glider and comfortable chair. We sat on the covered porch in the rain. Walking distance to the Union, about 6 blocks. Breakfast was delicious and table service was efficient with friendly staff. The only thing was we put out the checklist of what we needed and nobody ever came to read it or provide supplies.

It was a lovely place, with a great location close to downtown. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

The grounds are beautiful and charming. The room was first class from the tile coverings to the quality of the mattress. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again when in Bloomington.

The room decor was excellent. There was some problem with the time for the sink to get hot water. The breakfast was good but not outstanding. Overall we would definitely stay at this property in the future and would recommend it to our family and friends looking for a B&B in Bloomington.

The room, house, and property were beautiful. Very friendly check-in. Room was spacious and we loved the balcony. Very quiet! Walking distance to several restaurants. The croque madame at breakfast was better than the one I had in Paris. Cookies in the entry basket were so good! This is our third stay and it just gets better every time.

The staff was amazing, professional and so friendly. We enjoyed our stay there while visiting our IU kid who was 3 blocks away.

The Inn was a beautifully restored and updated piece of history. Fabulous architecture, quiet, clean and made to order breakfast with an excellent chief.

Great overnight stay to drop our son off at IU after Spring Break. Chose a room with a porch; nice change from the usual hotel. Breakfast was delicious! Wonderful location.

We stayed in the ‘Over the Top’ room. Spacious, clean, and accommodating. Ample private parking lot for guest. Walking distance to plenty of pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was good, too. We will stay here again.
