試圖在下午 5 點辦理入住，但房間還沒準備好。當被問及一兩個小時是否足夠時，他們不確定。晚上7點回來，房間已經準備好入住了。有人的餐點在冰箱裡放了天知道多久了。當我第一次打開冰箱時，一股濃烈的氣味從冰箱傳出來。

Hotel was clean and the room was nice. I had a late check in & when I got there at 1:50am, the man at desk was rude & unfriendly. They put us on the 7th floor, which was no problem until I had to call in the morning because there was no water coming out of the facet in the shower. I called down and she said that they had pipe issues; specifically on the 7th floor. Wasn’t able to take a shower this morning and the water barely ran for us to brush our teeth.

The hostess at the front desk was not very friendly and VERY SLOW. The parking garage was full and nowhere to park. We parked our vehicle on the side street. We went to talk yo hostess about other parking and she states it was a block away from the hotel the overflow parking. Then we were charged for parking. The wait just to purchase soda was too long. Refridgerator in the room was warm and wiuld not cool out drinks. No vending machines available. We will not be back!!

I have stayed here many times, the pros, it’s perfectly located in downtown, it has free breakfast. Rooms are nice comfortable, clean and modern. The cons, they charge additional for parking and the bed does not have a comforter, only a light blanket. I have tried courtyard by Marriott that is close by and I’m thinking I may like that better. It has a Starbucks coffee bistro and parking is free. They have an actual comforter on the bed.

I traveled from Oregon and ended up extending my stay at Hotel for 5 days rathan the 3 i had reserved. I wasn't feeling so good a couple days. The quiet clean room was wonderful. The stakk were extremely kind and supported. I will always stay at Hyatt when coming to Bloomington.

Hotel is very clean and updated. Front desk staff was nice. Good location and close to many restaurants. You do have to pay for garage parking. Bathrooms have sliding glass doors. I hate that. Not very private. Nice amenities.

Everything was excellent. All of the staff were excellent-friendly, professional and helpful. In particular, the woman working Saturday night, I think I was told her name was Sarah, was great. She took care of the front desk as well as the bar area. She also tolerated, with complete professionalism, a rude woman complaining about the parking situation. Sarah was very calm and accommodating. She is an excellent employee.

Room was nice, staff was good. Parking garage is VERY tight, and breakfast was underwhelming. Premade waffles, small single egg and cheese premade omelets, grocery bag bagels, cereals etc.

Acess to the parking garage is terrible, and cost $16 on top of the room rate. Certain elevators will not take you to the parking garage. We ended up using the stairs. The television did not work. The smoke detector in the room had a strobe led on it that flashed continually overnight making sleeping poor. The ambient noise from outside HVAC units was a constant hum. The breakfast was good. Will find somewhere else to stay next time were are in Bloomington.
