房間環境可以，服務中間出點差錯，但攜程服務溝通協調很好解決了，所以感覺挺好，可安心在攜程下單

While the property was near attractions and restaurants, the service and room left much to be desired. The staff was not helpful to me, even though the person went above and beyond for the person checking in before me. No one told me where to park or how to get into the parking garage...i had to figure that one out on my own. The room was dark and not well lit. People staying on our floor were noisy and rude. I had better experiences with staff at other places in Bloomington that did not cost nearly as much.

Unfortunately the elevator was being serviced most of our stay and we had a room on the top floor. While largely out of their control, it would have been nice to have been offered even a small compensation for our trouble (ie free parking, a free appetizer or drink in the restaurant).

After being gone all day, our room was left open by housekeeping after they cleaned it. They also didn't really clean it. The bathroom was cleaned and one of the beds was sort of made. No one at the hotel really seemed to care that our room was left open. We were lucky that nothing was taken. One of the two elevators was also broken. The one elevator that worked was very slow. Lobby coffee was empty both mornings. Just not a very good stay since we paid a very high premium for the date.

Loves staying here. Close to campus. Very clean room. We were on the first floor next to lobby and were very surprised at how quiet it was! Great gym. Really good coffee in lobby, although only had mini creamers, but we did have a refrigerator in our room so we bought some real cream and milk for our coffee. Beautiful lobby and balcony outside to sit and enjoy. Close to B-Line trail, Bloomingfoods, and all great restaurants.

Our stay was excellent. Location was accessible, and inviting. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. They only minus was the noise from the street throughout the night, but just a reminder of how lively of a city Bloomington truly is.Thanks for a great stay.

Hotel and room was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. One has to buy breakfast at Coaches Restaurant next door. I found it cheaper to order breakfast off the menu rather than buy the buffet.
The beds, however were terrible!! One side you were sleeping in a trench the other you were on a hill about to roll off. MATTRESS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!
Free parking in a parking garage also next door.

The stay itself was fine. The two workers at the front desk when we checked in couldn't find our reservation and were dismissive to us. Eventually the reservation was found and we were given keys. We also paid for parking for the evening through the hotel but when driving out we were charged an additional $7.00. Not a lot of money however we were in the garage for about 14 hours so it would seem the additional fee for parking we paid the hotel should have been enough.

I asked if there was any other room because I was assigned on the first floor and the pedestrians could see through my room. The front desk, Olivia, was very unfriendly and rejected me without even checking. The customer came in later could be assigned to a higher level. Second time staying here, and yet another disappoin**ent. I was recommended by IU faculty and staff while I will let my colleagues know the quality probably declined.
