Hotel was very nice - clean and comfortable. The only problem was that our doors automatically locked us out of our rooms at 10:00 a.m. even though check out wasn't until 11:00 a.m. This happened to our entire floor. Staff could not explain why it did this. Had a new key issued and that did not work either. Had to have a third key issued. Very frustrating when trying to leave. Other than that - our stay was great!

I have stayed here 7 times in the last 2 yrs. The location is convenient, the hotel is very clean and in great condition. My only complaint is the $10 self parking fee which was started Nov 2023.

The staff at this location was amazing! The hotel is extremely clean. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. The only negative I (and my friends) would give is for the pillows. Bring your own from home. Whoa! They were not comfortable at all. Each one of my friends complained about neck issues.

Excellent customer service and clean, comfortable, spacious room. The location is perfect for a flight in or out of Mpls. Met instate relatives the night before flying out at a restaurant that was practically next door called Hazelwood which had great food. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The property was clean. The only item of concern was I was not told in advance that you had to put in a request by 7AM to have your room cleaned. Other than that, it was great & I would stay at this property again.

Clean room, across the street from Mall of America. Attached to Whirlyball with bowling lanes, bumper cars, a bar, and pizza. Shuttle to the mall, or minutes if you walk.

Everything was great about our stay here. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, large, the breakfast was good. With being close to the airport, and many planes flying overhead, it was quiet in the room. We will definitely stay here again.
