First rate lodge, probably the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, the staff was great and made us feel very welcome, breakfast in the Timberlake restaurant was very good as was the service. We look forward to our next stay at Chetola!

Our room was ok, but looked dated. It also had a connecting door to the room beside us, and you could hear every word the people next to us said. The hair dryer was sparking and didn’t work well. Not what I expected for the price

The hotel is very nice overall. But I found a dental floss in the shower at night.
Reported the incident with receptionist at night. Nothing was done.

We visited Chetola on a snowy evening in January and felt that we were truly transported to another place. Beautiful facility with warm, accommodating staff and service. We’ll be back!

Rooms are clean and beds are actually comfortable. All the staff we encountered were polite. The restaurant there is pricy but convenient and the waitresses were pretty good also. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful place to stay if you’re there to enjoy the area for Chris**as. We were so close to Tweetsie and the property itself is beautifully decorated inside and out for the holiday. Our room was clean and cozy. The staff at the Lodge and in the restaurant were so friendly. We hope to visit again!
