Ottima struttura, di recente costruzione , ubicata in campagna con bellissimo panorama e natura tutt'intorno.

Das Hotel war im ganzen wirklich sehr schön allerdings etwas abgelegen. Perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Ottima struttura pulitissima, di gusto minimale ed elegante. La vista spazia dagli ulivi al mare grazie alla sua posizione sulle pendici della collina. Comodissima per le gite verso le città del barocco e allo stesso modo le raggiungere le spiagge. La piscina a raso traccia la continuità con il mare.

En positif : - Wi-Fi gratuit qui fonctionne bien - Café / machine à café DeLonghi dans la chambre - 2 bouteilles d'eau offertes (une plate, une pétillante) dans le frigidaire - Très bon restaurant pour le dîner ou le déjeuner - Bonne literie - Très propre et le ménage est aussi fait sous les lits (il y a un petit écriteau mis sous le lit précisant cela) En neutre : - Le petit-déjeuner est simple tout en étant correct (les jus de fruits sont notamment un peu limités ainsi que le choix de yaourts qui ne se résume qu'à un seul type mais il y a ensuite les ingrédients habituels en Italie) - Il y a différents types/tailles de chambres qui peuvent plus ressembler à des petits appartements pour certaines (présence d'une kitchenette notamment) - Il est vrai que la vue de certaines chambres peut être peu sympathique (parking, route, toit, etc) mais il y a aussi des chambres avec des vues plus belles et ce n'est pas non plus rédhibitoire en soi En négatif : - Lors de notre séjour : absence d'eau à partir du soir, jusqu'au lendemain matin + plusieurs interruptions électriques (très brèves cependant)

Struttura moderna e in un bel contesto rurale, personale gentilissimo, stanza grande e ben accessoriata con acqua di cortesia e macchina per il caffè, Wi-Fi gratis in camera.

Hotel davvero bello e raffinato. Camera quadrupla grande e spaziosa, dotata di due stanze, delle quali una con balcone. In dotazione la macchina del caffè con cialde gratuite e una piccola cucina. Bello anche il tavolino per godersi un caffè in camera. Ottima la dotazione di prodotti per il corpo e per il bagno. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Fiore all'occhiello la piscina a sfioro con vista sulle colline iblee fino al mare. Colazione a buffet raffinata e deliziosa. Cura dei particolari in ogni ambiente. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le località costiere vicine. Un'esperienza da ripetere!

Struttura situata in un posto incantevole, nel mezzo del verde della campagna ragusana! La vista è mozzafiato. Arredata finemente e con gusto, in modo essenziale. Dotata di piscina a sfioro, palestra e SPA! Il personale è delizioso, sempre presente e disponibile. Un commento a parte merita il ristorante attiguo, Gramole. Cucina semplicemente sontuosa! Chef da 10 e lode! Un grazie ad Ylenia, alla reception, che ci ha accolto con grande cordialità e ospitalità; ed un grazie speciale a Flavia, che con grande professionalità ci ha coccolato con i suoi massaggi e trattamenti. Grazie per tutte le coccole ed attenzioni che ci avete riservato.

Had the upgrade to the suite with a view. Good crisp white bedding and pillows of firm and soft. Small kitchenette is handy. Breakfast selection was nice with local ingredients. The gym equipment could do with some maintenance, treadmill needed some oil. But otherwise I could get a work out in.

Starting with the rooms, our one was wonderful, felt like we were in a wooden hut, clean, lovely decor and a mini kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable, whereas the kids slept on a pull out Sofa bed that was slightly downward slanted and not very sturdy but relatively comfortable to sleep on. So 4.5 for the room. The infinity pool had amazing views and was very tranquil but the pool temperature was a bit too cold. Mostly enjoyed by adults rather than children. Rated 3.5 as a whole. Breakfast okay, rating 4. Food: lunch was very overpriced for what we got and although the dinner was nice, severely overpriced. The bar was under stocked so no cocktails and only mixers Coca Cola or Tonic so I was very disappointed by the catering despite the staff, including the chef being very hospitable. Catering rating 3 because of price and bar limitations. If we were to visit again I would do a supermarket trip so we could make lunch in our room, given there’s a kitchenette (inc. Cooker and crockery). So the hotel has great potential just needs some tweaks here and there to get it to where it should be.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome, and were able to communicate effectively with us. There was an event the evening we were there, and that was communicated to us ahead of time. Overall a beautiful property with all of the modern conveniences. Highly recommended.

My daughter recently got married at the Relais Chiaramonte on the outskirts of Ragusa. It was a dream wedding in every aspect. The location perched on top of a hill is picture perfect and the setting for the reception just as outstanding. The food ably prepared by Fabio Ulcano and his team is worthy of Michelin star rating. It was divine. Giuseppe Gugliotto, who is the restaurant manager could not be more professional and helpful in making sure all the preparations were set in motion on the day. All the staff at the hotel are so helpful and go out of their way to see to every need. We took over all the rooms at the small hotel for the wedding and it was great to share it with those closest to the family. Overall, I have wonderful memories of this event and I truly have only words of praise for those who made it so memorable and special.
