普拉登霍夫酒店(Hotel Plattenhof)

Ein sehr angenehmes, freundliches Hotel mit aussergewöhnlichem Personal. Nur wenige Minuten von den Schiliften entfernt. Kleinigkeiten zählen. Ein Polster und eine Bettdecke mit Naturfüllung, kein Plastik. Ein einfaches, perfekt gekochtes Essen, ohne pseudo-internationale Küche, sehr gute Käse und Wurstauswahl für das Frühstück. Luxus in einer familiären A**osphäre, gemütlich und angenehm.

Uns, vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern um die zehn Jahre, hat alles gepasst: das Ambiente, die Zimmer (schön und mit komfortablen Betten), der Service und die gute und reichhaltige 3/4 Pension . Der Patisseur ist hervorragend. Nicht zu vergessen ist das Schwimmbad und die tolle Saunalandschaft. Der Schibus zu den Liften fährt direkt vom Hotel im zwanzigminuten Takt ab. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub.

Wir wollten in der Vorsaison ein paar Tage schifahren, leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Umso mehr Zeit verbrachten wir zwangsläufig im Hotel und waren wirklich sehr angetan von der unglaublichen Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit des gesamten Teams, angefangen von der charmanten Chefin bis zum Servicepersonal. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Zimmerservice top und im großzügigen Wellnessbereich haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Schipiste, ins Zentrum führt ein gratis Busshuttle.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Essen, der Service, der Wellnessbereich sowie alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Aussicht und auch die Lage vom Hotel ist echt gut, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Haven been to the arlberg region for more than 30 years this has been the worst hotel experience by far. The hotel is owned and operationally run by arrogant and incompetent people. There are one or two exceptions in the waiting staff who are good but in general staff was sullen, unhelpful and rude. The chef is clearly doing his best on a very tight budget as the ingredients are very clearly the cheapest possible sourced (were unlike Lech which has really high quality food). In addition the deco hasn’t been really updated since the late 1970s and is in stark contrast to the other hotels in Lech. If you wanna experience Lech, which is a beautiful and hospital place, avoid this hotel at any cost.

This is a great hotel in every way. The breakfast, rooms, common areas , spa and pool are top quality and spacious. Rooms a bit too hot; couldn’t cool them without opening the window all night. Access to the ski hill is a 10 minute walk, but there’s a small path down between the neighbouring buildings for the end of day ski out.

Wonderful hotel with a great team to take care of your every need. The hotel has a wonderful spa with pool, sauna, and some unique Turkish style rooms. There’s a peaceful vibe for relaxing afternoons after skiing. I had half board and loved the good. A great experience and I will stay there again.

Had a great stay with the kids and a mate - absolutely brilliant Hotel , the manager and all the staff very nice indeed - food very good , would definitely return next half term. A lovely sun terrace with an ice bar - great location for the slopes!

First time in Lech and it was truly an experience, which will be hard to beat. Hotel Plattenhof was an amazing choice for us and the staff made our experience even better. The hotel is in a great central location of Lech, it offers a free ski shuttle every 20 mins to get you to the main lifts (only a 3 min ride or so) or you can ski directly from the back of the hotel. The booking process was smooth and the hotel responded to our queries and requests without delay. Upon arrival, the General Manager greeted us himself, and valet parked our car in the inside car park (this is at an additional cost). Our room was lovely, clean and spacious with an amazing view of the mountains and village from the balcony. We even had a mini bar with 6 soft drinks included free-of-charge per day, which which were refilled daily. We had booked the room on a half-board basis, which means we had breakfast and dinner included. As a nice surprise, we found out on arrival was that it also included an 'afternoon tea / snack' which was served in the bar area and included hot and cold snacks. The food in general was very good with a variety of options for everyone to choose from. Breakfast in particular was my favourite with each table receiving its own daily 'Hotel newspaper' with the weather forecast, a few interesting facts and the menu options for the same evening. Our waiters Lukas, Ondrej and Dominika truly made our stay exceptional. A big thank you also goes to the General Manager Othmar, who looked after us throughout our stay and made sure everything was just the way we had imagined. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we are already planning our stay for the next season! Big thank you to the whole team at Hotel Plattenhof :-)
