Comfortable bed. Water pressure in shower fantastic. Personnel friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Overall we were impressed when walking into our room. The smell of new carpet still lingered and everything looked clean. When showering I noticed the shower door was not cleaned very well. Then when showering the water goes into the floor due to a gab between the door and shower wall. The rubber seal around glass door was not big enough or something. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold either. The staff was very nice and pleasant. They were very helpful and didn’t hesitate to change our reservation from 2 nights to 1 when we had to leave earlier than expected. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Called and was told we have a crib but no crib asked for xtra pillows and a blanket . Was brought 1 pillow and a mattress cover. Had brown slim on the wall looked like dried blood.

Pets, should not be allowed in the dining area ir even allowed to walk near the area where guest are eating. Seperate walk area to go outdoors.

There was visible fecal matter on the front underside of the toilet. The bed frame was a wreck and was not actually made properly. Nor could be made properly due to the condition of the frame.

it's close to the highway the bed,s were comfortable but the pillows were too soft for me and a nice hotel to come back to when I'm back in Bristol

Public restroom was dirty. The furniture in our room was scratched. The only thing for toiletries was a bar of soap. There was no coffee, cream or sugar even though there was a coffee pot. Could’ve been a lot better.

The room was okay at best. Shower head had mold growing on it. Shower door was completely covered in grease marks. Bathroom sliding door was absolutely screeching closed and open due to he painted into place. Bathroom light was flickering all night despite being turned off

Construction going on all hours of the night. Make sure you check to see if it’s complete before staying here.
