We had a quick and easy check-in, which we were thankful for as we had a long day of travel. The room was clean and appreciated the early breakfast set up since we had to depart early. Thank you!

The room was perfectly clean and, considering the temp outside was in the 20's, the heat was on making the room very comfortable. Front desk staff was welcoming and very pleasant.

Disappointed the pool was not open. After driving all day, the kids were looking forward to swimming. At check in, she said is wasn’t opened due to decreased staffing.

For this hotel to be a fairly newly built hotel…not only was the lobby the only thing that looked decent and welcoming but I was definitely not happy with our stay. The elevator was scary, their was holes in the walls, the bathroom had a leak under the sink, the shower head was loose, the carpet looked really bad, all night and day we could only hear the carwash and the lady that checked me in was rude! I’m so disappointed.

The host, Jacqueline, at check-in was amazing! Very friendly and helpful with restaurant menus that were near by. The pool was was clean and perfect for exercising after a long drive. The room was a little dated and the mattress a little lumpy. Other staff workers were also friendly and helpful and seemed to enjoy their job.

Was clean, easy check-in, breakfast area clean & staffed well. Did not receive a bill at check-out. Told me ******* emails me, still not received yet.

While the property is a bit past its prime, it is good value for the money. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was comfortable and staff were very nice. However, the room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were greasy handprints and smudges in high-touch areas of the bathroom, including the toilet, shower, and door facings. You could tell the hotel is frequented by workers from local steel mills. However, the rooms should be cleaned more thorough in-between guests stays.
