Great location

Café da manhã bom, alguns funcionários bem prestativos (outros nem tanto), boas instalações. A princípio o quarto pareceu limpo, mas percebemos q acumulava muito lixo embaixo das camas e o sofá cama q iríamos usar desistimos de tao sujo e desconfortável. Não conte com o sofá cama. O jeito foi se apertar nas camas de casal pequenas.

We encountered serious issues during our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Deerfield Beach Boca Raton. The most significant problem was the unannounced testing of fire alarm systems. A horrifying noise jolted us awake in our room, causing our 3.5-year-old daughter to cry from fear. Upon calling the reception to inquire about the situation, they casually mentioned they were testing the alarm. Another notable problem was the cleanliness of the hotel. We were informed that cleaning would be done every two days, however, our room was not satisfactorily cleaned during this interval. The room remained unswept, and the only noticeable change was the replacement of the bathroom towels. The staff was generally unwelcoming and rarely smiled, making it intimidating to establish any form of communication. To summarize, our four-day stay regrettably turned into a nightmare. I certainly do not plan on staying here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

We arrived on a Friday, late evening and discovered our toilet did not flush. We notified the front desk and she tried to rectify but was not successful, said that someone would be over the next morning but that never happened. Spoke to another front desk clerk, was told they do not have maintenance on the weekends to take care of the problem so we asked for a different room but were told they were sold out. We contacted Marriott customer service Saturday evening and a ticket was created but again, nothing was done about the toilet issue. Finally Monday, we called the front desk again and were finally moved to another room for our last night. For 3 of our 4 day stay, we had to leave our room to use the public bathroom down the hall. Very disappointed that the front desk only offered points towards another night stay which at this point, we would not even feel comfortable going back to this location.

Check-in was easy. Our room turned out to be an ADA suite. It was clean and comfortable. One of my companions, a nurse, was concerned that while the bathroom met some ADA regulations, there were issues with the location of the sink and shower supplies that were all placed out of reach of a person in a wheelchair. Breakfast was tasty.

The morning staff where you get food was rude. My wife wanted to get a waffle but it was just 10am so the woman poured out the batter in front of her and said we are closed it's 10am. Really! An extra 5 minutes would have killed you. The days of common courtesy have gone away.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good and they had turkey sausage which is something I've never seen at any other hotel,so that was a great plus because I don't eat pork. I didn't like how they left the boiled eggs in the nasty juice and they weren't covered, but everything else was good. The first room that I was given smelled really bad and I couldn't get the door to lock. I went back down stairs and the young lady told me to use my room key to lock it but after about 9 more minutes of trying I went back down and was given another room. The second room the door locked but who ever was in the room before me had smoked cigarettes in the room and the smell was bad but I was able to deal with the smell because I was tired and ready to rest but I did call down to the front desk to let them know that. The elevator buttons should be wiped down and the floor mopped every couple of hours because they we're dirty. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned properly due to there was string's of hair in the tub and all over the side of the tub area and a little dirty in the middle of the tub. I had to clean it myself. Other than that it was a nice hotel. The lobby area was very nice and clean and the hallways we're nice and clean. They had good parking with great lighting in the parking area. I'll give them a 4 out of a 10 rating.

Arrived at the check in time of 4 PM but had to wait for half an hour because the room was not ready. Hardware in the bathroom including shower head, bathtub faucet and sink faucet lever were all loose. Sink drain stopper was also broken. Definitely need better maintenance.

Both of the rooms we stayed having problem. The AC leaks on the floor and carpet was soaking wet on both rooms. 1 of the room even has mold growing on the carpet at the corner. This is the second time We stay in this hotel and I think it will be the last.
